Well they CALLED BACK saying they missed my call and was following up. Turns out the associate I spoke to yesterday informed the supervisor that I was coming in the next day (1.5 hr drive away) and they held it for me! Rowe assured me it would be awaiting my arrival, amazing customer support that isn’t too common nowadays! The kindness and professionalism is the reason I’ll be a returning customer to Box Lunch!”
