While some find it pretty organized, others note the prices can be more than retail prices. It is described as the most expensive Goodwill, with items priced higher than other thrift stores and sometimes over half the price of new. However, sales associates are noted as courteous, professional, and helpful. The store provides a 15% discount for seniors on Wednesdays. As a local nonprofit, Goodwill of the San Francisco Bay supports the community by selling donations to fund free career services and job training. Donation Center hours are Sunday through Saturday from 10AM to 2PM.
Very well stocked, clean and liked the prices. My bf and I were able to find some outfits for work. Great customer service as well. Only thing I wish is that had paper bags.

My family loves to thrift. They usually can find something that interests them anytime they visit. However, they are very overpriced. Their aisles may be ADA compliant but feel too narrow and are often obstructed.
