All I can say is not a Best Buy, it the WORST BUY. We were at the I phone counter 1st and we never been acknowledged. They help the person who came next to us and the third who just came in. Really bad customer service. They don't even need even 1 star.

Wife and I wanted to see a couple of brands of TVs in person (Roku, Hisense-Roku). Best Buy Brentwood, CA is only a short trip for us. Visited today 11/29 between 1 - 2 pm. Displays were so-so. Asked a store employee pulling a TV for an on line order (he said). He pointed us to where to locate more Roku. So after an hour visit, seeing staff in the aisle and, checking out the displays we had questions. Two possibly three sales persons clearly avoided us; 'made an effort to do that.... So, BestB. Check your time clock for staff and video between 1 - 2 pm. I advised the store greeter on our way out: We didn't get any help in that department. We were ready for cash and carry. Heading to Walmart to see their displays now.

I placed an order online for a new printer. Chose "expedited" shipping. My order ended up being delayed. I couldn't wait for my new printer- needed it for my small business so I went to Office Depot to buy the same one-office depot's staff carried it to my car for me-huge box and heavy. Finally received my printer from Best Buy (LATE!) didn't need this one anymore so I hauled the heavy huge box to Best Buy to return the printer. The huge heavy box broke TWICE in front of FOUR men who work for Best Buy. Not a single one of those thick men helped me get this box to customer service counter to return. If it weren't already obvious, the bar is in hell with Best Buy and you'll get a much better experience at office depot. The "manager" at Best Buy was supposed to call me an hour ago (the latest), no call- I will never spend another penny here. Piss poor staff and management.

Please do not ever shop here, they make there policies in a way that if they sell you damaged products you can't return or get your money back. They sold me a damaged TV and when I got it home and took it out the box it was busted, They will not take the TV back or hold themselves accountable for selling me damaged goods. I will NEVER shop here again!

I was sold a broken TV and the "manager" Tony refused to compensate me for their company providing me a damaged product. I stated I didn't even get to use the TV and it was still in its original packaging, he was still unbothered. He did not care about me as a customer that's a great way to lose business.

Just look at the photo of what they tried to deliver. In 37 years of doing kitchen remodel, I have never seen a more damaged product (other that falling off the truck). Case in point. It was in perfect condition when we baught it. Every part of it was dinged. The remedy from Bet Buy? $300.- off a new one. Since we bought a floor model, it would cost us an extra $1600.- + tax.I was thinking, why would someone think they could get away with that?I found the answer. All people at Best Buy told me that there will be no attempt made to find who did it.Daniel, the salews person was very helpful, thus 2 stars.

GO TO COSTCO Worst experience EVER!!!! ABSOLUTE SHIT SHOW...the entire process from purchase, delivery to paymentLong post but hopes this helps next person some time...go elsewhere!Just know if you buy online you can't discuss your purchase in store and vice versa if you buy in store you can't discuss w customer service on phone for that purchase!I initially went into best buy store on lone tree to purchase 75" TV. The rep that helped me was super helpful Sanjay (?) I went home to do measurements and when I went back to make purchase Sanjay was not available.The employee that was trying to help me must've just smoked cigarettes and didn't wash his hands he smelled like an ashtray. I couldn't follow him around because the angel was giving me a headache. So I had to leave so I bought a 75" TV mid November online and when delivered it was damaged. So again I went online to replace it and was supposed to receive delivery Monday before Thanksgiving. I took the day off for work and TV never showed. No call, no notification..Nothing! I went into best buy store on lone tree again (trying to Avoid smelly kid) & employee told me the Warehouse canceled delivery bc they didn't have the TV. AWESOME!The employee at best buy was so nice and apologetic. I asked if I could just order thru him at the store. He said of course but I would need to cancel the online order because the Store and Warehouse do not communicate to each other.I canceled the order online but Now I won't receive new undamaged TV until after December 1st.So now I don't have a TV for Thanksgiving dinner that I'm hosting. The manager on phone and in store both said they would compensate me for both my day I took off work for delivery that never showed and for the hassle I've gone thru this entire process. Still have not received compensation. SHOCKING! I'm sure they would try to give me a gift card which why would I want to spend more money at a store that made me lose money by taking day off from work for delivery that never showed? Last week I was on the phone for 4 hours because best buy citi bank credit card statement just shows the DATE, DOLLAR AMOUNT and LOCATION of purchase (online or store) did n no where on Statement does it show for which item. So the credit card statement is not itemized.I had to call Best Buy to go thru all my receipts. After being transfered 6 times because well it's a shit system.AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMAREI hope this helps the next person some time and please go elsewhere

BEWARE! Do not purchase any appliances from Best Buy. We made a huge mistake when we purchased a Samsung dishwasher. The dishwasher was delivered by Best Buy & poorly installed. Three days later we had problems w/dishwasher. I was SHOCKED when I contacted Best Buy & was told we only had 48 hours to notify them w/any problems?! It's the customers problem not theirs? This started inAug & we are still having problems We have to deal w/Samsung ourselves. Only shop at reputable appliance store w/customer service. We didn't save any $$ w/our purchase from Best Buy only a HUGE problem!!!

A big thank you to Mr. Austin Ellz, I think I spelled his last name correctly? Sorry if I didn't lol! Anyway Mr. Austin was outstanding today! He reached out to me and asked me if I needed anything, at the moment I didn't. But as I figured out what I really needed, I remembered him and saw him again and asked him for help! He helped me out real well! I asked him numerous questions about what I needed and he served me well! Ty so much! Much respect for the outstanding customer service! Friendly and upbeat as well! Ty! The poorest customer service I have ever received. I purchased an iPad online to ship to my home. They sent it via OnTrac. When received, the box was mutilated and retaped. Upon opening it, I discovered an unsealed apple box inside, also crushed with no iPad. I called Bestbuy and was told I could get another. The customer service rep promised delivery the next day. We'll, that came and went with no delivery. I got on the phone to change to a store pick up and that's where the fun began. Four hours and 5 customer service employees later, my replacement order had been cancelled by the last rep and I was back to the beginning once again. I have a history with Best Buy, and I have purchased thousands of dollars of electronics through them. They just lost this customer. Poor, poor, poor customer service experience.

Absolutely terrible customer service and would never take an electronic here for repair especially if they can't even answer the questions for you over the phone. Called to make sure they have the correct screen to get my phone fixed because last time I had an appointment there they called me the same day after I left work early to tell me that they actually don't have the part in stock that they can't fix my phone they would have to order it so I made the appointment and called them today before I go tomorrow to make sure they have the correct part because I have to drive 40 minutes to get there and I don't want to be turned away because they can't fix my phone and travis is who i spoke to on the phone after arguing because he told me that he isn't allowed to tell me his inventory of Apple inventory for repairs after going back-and-forth I requested to speak with a manager or have one call me if there wasn't one in the store then he proceeded to ask me what the reason was and wouldn't take my number down until I gave him a reason of why I needed to talk to a manager. Super frustrating and overall the employee had a bad attitude on the phone and very poor customer service.

Don't have their third party contractor install your new appliances. I purchased a microwave, gas range, and dishwasher from this Best Buy store. As part of the purchase, I paid $473 for installation and haul away. The installers found that the new gas line I purchased as part of my order didn't fit the gas shutoff valve. Also, they found a corroded water supply valve which had to be replaced along with installing a new air gap. Of course, the whole process is held up and they know they can charge whatever they want at this point. So, it was an extra $485 to install a new gas shutoff valve, new water supply valve and an air gap. Fifteen minutes of work and $50 in parts ended up being an additional $485 on top of the $473 I already paid for installation and haul away. At this point, they know there's not much you can do. They've already removed your old appliances.

Recently purchased a washer. When delivered the driver smelled like alcohol. Washer did not work first load. Spent an hour on hold with geek squad. Told them the error code. They sent installers out, two days later on a Saturday. The installers said," Don't know why they sent us.." Now it will take another week to get a replacement. They third party out all their deliveries. I don't recommend buying here.
