I needed to add more RAM to my aging Mac and Matt did a stellar job getting it done within a few hours. He was super responsive and communicative. I'll continue to rely on him for my IT needs.

Had an amazing experience working with Matt. He was able to quickly and affordably re-install my windows, reset my drives, update my bios and help me with my broken hardware. He explained a lot to me that I couldn't find anywhere else. He was very fast responding always keeping me updated threw text messages, and on the phone on updates on how the computer was going. Will recommend and send any new clients to him absolutely amazing would recommend going to him with any computer problems. 10/10.

I had another great experience with work done by Matt of Matt's Computer Services recently. He took care of all the items on my list and questions regarding my PC, TVs, devices, & new apps. Matt is always on time and efficient; and he has always had the knowledge to take care of my list of problems. I highly recommend him. He's been helping us for a long time.

Just got my computer system back from Matt, it was really dirty and overheating and had a few problems. Matt fixed it all within the same day, explained what was wrong and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I will be going to him for all of my computer needs in the future.

First off let me say how quickly Matt got back to me when I contacted him. You just never know when you contact someone without a traditional storefront what you're getting. He works out of a non-traditional working environment but don't let that discourage you. This man is awesome. He listened to what I needed as an intermediary for my gaming needs in the budget I was looking for, told me exactly the parts I should get and installed them super fast so I wasn't down very long. My system runs so smooth now and my fps is so fast in-game that I don't lag in the high graphics area. I'm getting 30-60 fps on my system depending on the area. And he even walked me through a really stupid after hours issue after I got the system home. I recommend him if you want someone to help you with your gaming system needs.

Matt is prompt, professional, polite-- And most important of all-- reasonably priced!
I dropped off my computer for assistance with a boot issue and Matt diagnosed the issue in less than 30 minutes. Since the issue turned out to be a simple user issue, Matt waived the service fee!
I will absolutely be returning in the future, and recommend anyone who is worried about their computer issues to visit Matt.

So many wonderful things to say about Matt and his company. My 83 yo father lives in Brentwood and I am up in NW Washington State, so unable to assist him with his computer issues. My father had difficulty assessing and explaining what was wrong with his operating system and computer. I Googled for tech / computer support services in my father's geographical area and found Matt. I sent an email and he responded within 1-2 hours. I explained as much as I understood to Matt and he was positive about the ability to fix the issues. Matt was upfront about the cost and his availability. He connected with my father and quickly diagnosed and repaired my father's system and computer. Matt was able to repair it in under an hour, so rather than charge Dad the minimum and leave, he stayed and worked with my father on other light technology matters. He was so helpful to my aging Dad, I am very grateful for his help. Matt thank you for your kindness, integrity and help! Gary
