Staff is slow and does not acknowledge you are standing right in front of them for 10 minutes. Process seems broken. One person helping customers while 4 stand around. Poor customer experience.

My wife and I showed up here one night right as they turned off the open sign. We were originally told they were closed but the guy making the pizza said to come on in. We really appreciated it and he had a great attitude the entire time and chatted away with us while we waited for our pizzas to cook. Just off of customer service alone we'll happily return!

I am so excited that I had a gluten. Free pizza that was not burned! And tonio is fantastic at the rotation of the pizza. I made! Medina is a great listener and made our pizza very well with a pesto. Edge crust as requested. Remind me to add a relief by the time talking with my son. Making his pizza. of fantastic vibe and a great team to work with. the pizzas were absolutely yummy! Definitely did not disappoint. Thank you, everyone. You did a great job.

The pizza is alright and I like that everyone can get what they want on their own pizza for a responsible price. I also like that it's fast (when they aren't busy) but there's nothing special about it and this store is generally on the dirty side with the tables not cleaned off and stuff on the floor. I visited yesterday and they couldn't take cashe because their cash register was stolen the night before. Several stores in that shopping center were broken into and apparently the security guard (which we all pay for with higher prices at these stores) simply watched and didn't even contact the police until employees started showing up to work. So don't rely on security in this center if you are ever being mugged!

Young folks who work well as a team. Polite, professional, good attitude. Occasional problems using app to cash in points. Tables are generally clean and area stocked. Juice machines sometimes empty. Their pizza is great, if you order in person and can watch them make the pizza. HOWEVER, this pizza was ordered online for pickup. It is sooo sad looking. Do better Mods, especially for your online customers.

We've visited this popular MOD pizza located at a busy Brentwood plaza neighboring other stores such as Marshall's, Trader Joe's and Peet's Coffee. Service was great and the best part about their create your own pizza selection is that you can select as many toppings as you want which for us becomes a huge tower of pizza goodness! It's usually packed but you're sure to find a table as they have a lot and the ambience is nice which is very urban and modern. We love going here when each of us just wants something different and don't want to share a large pizza. For kids and adults alike, this would be your best option. Highly recommend!!!

I got pizza right at 10:30 when they opened. I was the only customer in there and this is how I receive my pizza. Crazy burnt. Uncalled for.

Dirty place a lot employees but not in charge of cleaning the looks that is not important for them ,they try to do you order fast that they forgot items in your pizza or saladWhen the food was ready they pretend to be so busy that nobody call my name with my order I was getting cold ready for about 15 until went and I ask for my order no utensils or napkins ready to grabSo desappointed experience
