The unprofessional staff at this branch is mind blowing. I went in with my father to close his account and the manager told me she can't close his account. When I asked why she told me to call the 1800# and do it himself. She was sooooooo rude I couldn't believe it. Will be contacting the BBB immediately.

Terrible customer service. Long lines. Rude emplyees. Don't answer the phones. The guy in front of me wanted to cash out his account but this branch didn't enough on hand so the teller called three other branches and they didn't answer the phone either. So this guy was left with nothing BofA has been responding to negative reviews like mine for months, if not years, with same basic answer "sorry you are unhappy....." but the problems still persist. They just want your money so they can pay you zero interest and then loan it out for 7-8%.

I'm really surprised to see the bad reviews here. The tellers here are nice, as compared to Lone Tree and Antioch branches. I don't mind driving to this location from Antioch just because they have better customer service.

HORRIBLE LOCATION to try cashing a personal check at if you're BLACK (either as a whole or wearing sweats, a hoodie & a beanie bc it's cold along with the storms). Went to cash in my last 2-checks at this location: conversation started respectful and mellow but once I stated what was needed & handed the teller my 2-checks along with 2-forms of identification things started going down. She took my items & walked to the back. When she started to walk back towards me the security guard was already standing next to me. She says I can't cash this. I say let me speak to the manager bc you have everything you need right there, what's the problem. Long story short- would NOT recommend this location, tellers are ridiculous, management is trash- I could keep going. This should not have happened at all but hey look where I am Smh. Not every black person does illegal activities. #Losers!!

This branch is severely lacking on service. When I first arrived, another customer was upset with the branch manager about the lack of service, and was screaming at her, she was right by the way, but the master did not care at all. Then, I was charged for a wire and I've never been charged for a wire in the past and the same manager accused me of having friends that never charged me, which is ridiculous and unethical. Again, this manager did not care. I've banked with them since 1988 and this is the moment I felt, I need to move my business to another Institution, I'm a Platinum customer and being disrespected, which is unacceptable. Really lady, two people in 30 minutes leaving thinking you are just awful.. great job.

No customer service at all in this branch. Need to make an appointment for anything that is not a deposit or withdraw and when you are in a bind needing to get something done with your own money they do not care. Switching off Bank of America and finding a bank that will take service serious. Also there are always only two tellers with 15-20 in line at all times

Joke of a bank. I maintain accounts at other financial institutions but was downtown. And thought I would stop in and cash a check a friend wrote me off her account there. They charge a $8 fee to cash a check drawn on them to non customers. And to top it off the blonde teller helping me was snotty and Sai I would have to pay that at any bank to cash a check. Rude employees Amd practices to earn a dollar anyway they can. I will never think of opening an account there. Perhaps I should have asked to see their CRA file. Wonder if she would try and charge a fee for that!!

This is the absolute worst bank branch ! Never enough staff, clerks dont speak english,always a "manager"sitting on his a** doing nothing! This used to be a great small town branch! Not any more! B of A sucks!!

This locations hours are ridiculous. 9a-4p and closed on Saturday? How is anyone who works supposed to be able to use this bank? I understand COVID scale backs, but at this point business are back into regular hours and regular services. Wells Fargo is opened until 5pm and opened on Saturday. Maybe it's time I switch banks.

Worse service.... went to deposit some money in my account and I just open new account the old lady working there didn't even say hey or anything like that ... so I didn't care when she took the money she give me the receipt without even opening her mouth so i asked her if I'm good to go she said yeh you good !!! I said ok you welcome then ..... she's old and rude she will never learn at that age and i just switch account think Bank of America is better Not with this old lady !!!

After reading all does bad remarks about this bank.I'm very surprised about it.I myself had a very pleasant experience.It was a very busy day with lots of customer .Vanessa Prada,helped me today and Shayan Rahimi ( Financial Center Manager )They both where very helpful explained everything.So I'm here to say I'm very pleased with this BankI will do Business there again So to all of you not happy step back for a minute remember it has not been easy for everyone and just. give them a chance.
