KELSEY KELSEY KELSEY !!!! Hands down did such a wonderful job. I have gone to get a few times now. I was so nervous about getting my VGal waxed since I have sensitive skin and then going to someone and it being awkward like girl your seeing it all. Well let me tell you from day one she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and distracted me on the worst spot. I highly recommend her. I’ve also refereed my best friend to her who is prego and loves the work and feel comfortable with her as well. She keep her space clean and is very professional and friendly.

I could literally write an entire book here but I won't. What I will say is that I am so greatful for Kelsey in a 1000 ways. Just who she is in general is what got me to be her client. As a woman, as a woman who can relate to me physically and just the comfort she gives me each and everytime I see her, means the world to me. I've known her now about 2 yrs. and have had all kinds of services done, the husband too. She provides the best hair removal experience I have ever had. She makes it fun, inviting, painless as possible, gives feedback and suggestions, takes your concerns seriously and engages in some rather memorable conversations LOL. I will be one hairy mo fo if she ever moves away (please never do so girl) LOL. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Kelsie is hands down the best! I've been seeing Kelsie for over 6 years and never cease to be amazed at how efficient, thorough, and painless she makes waxing. She's so friendly and professional I always feel comfortable and taken care of. I never have to worry about any stray hairs because she gets them every time! Also if you haven't tried or heard -She also offers vajacials! I had always heard of them but never really thought to ask to try one out until one day i finally decided to ask... and omg I am so happy I did! My skin was so soft and smooth immediately afterwards it looked amazing so hydrated and my skin pigment looked even better too! I definitely recommend trying it out! You will be so happy you did! I came to mutable beauty to get the most amazing facial I have ever had. It was so relaxing I felt like I was literally laying in my own bed at home. Kelsie was absolutely great. I recommend anybody come see her she's so professional and so down to earth easy to talk to felt like home. Will definitely be coming every two weeks.

I was highly skeptical about being waxed, but my wife really wanted me to get it done. Kelsie was great and made the experience comfortable and as pain free as possible. Also got a facial and my face feels great. Was relaxing too which was a nice contrast.

This is a long over due review! I've been seeing Kelsey for almost three years and ever since she opened her own place and added on vajacials my skin has done a total 180!
