I appreciate when they recommend a part they bring out the old part like a filter to show it to you as well as bring out the new part, which you can also see them working on your vehicle since they have a viewing window.

“Jessica saved the day!
I limped to Speedees after L.S refused to change my oil because my car was “burning oil” (long story) I was incredibly upset by this as I had been a customer for years and driving further with no oil would damage my vehicle. I drove down to Speedees and was greeted by the amazing Jessica. I was visibly upset at possibly loosing my car and Jessica went above and beyond to check my battery, my oil and even assist with coupons to be absolutely sure I left with my car intact! Jessica is knowledgeable and hilarious. 10/10 I will be coming back to see her and the team.”
