The technicians were able to change my oil and oil filter completely, and provide other services for my car. I was very pleased with their work and how quickly they did so. I appreciate when they recommend a part they bring out the old part like a filter to show it to you as well as bring out the new part, which you can also see them working on your vehicle since they have a viewing window.

“Refreshing to find an honest auto repair shop! I had a scary error code appear in my car while driving on Vasco but it disappeared after a short while. Did some troubleshooting with AI on my own first and it was saying I might need a new valve cover. I was bracing for a $500 repair. Brought it to JJ and they quickly figured out that the AI got it wrong and there were no safety issues with my car and the error was likely a sensor blip. Didn’t even charge me for the diagnostic. This experience has definitely earned them my business for next time I do need a repair. Thank you JJ team!”

“We dropped off our vehicle and came back when they were done. Very fast and friendly service to change brake pads and rotors. The staff called and updated us with what needed to be done, even recommended we only change the front two, as the other still had life left in them. They gave an estimated timeframe, but called earlier when they were done sooner than expected. Prices were better than other shops that I called for estimates, and I was pleasantly surprised with such a positive experience.”

“Jessica saved the day!
I limped to Speedees after L.S refused to change my oil because my car was “burning oil” (long story) I was incredibly upset by this as I had been a customer for years and driving further with no oil would damage my vehicle. I drove down to Speedees and was greeted by the amazing Jessica. I was visibly upset at possibly loosing my car and Jessica went above and beyond to check my battery, my oil and even assist with coupons to be absolutely sure I left with my car intact! Jessica is knowledgeable and hilarious. 10/10 I will be coming back to see her and the team.”
