PostalAnnex+ offers convenient and friendly postal services in a welcoming environment. Customers appreciate the quick, helpful, and efficient staff, making each visit hassle-free. The location is praised for its great customer service, with staff being kind, pleasant, and accommodating. Many customers find it easier and more enjoyable to drop off packages and pick up envelopes here than at the downtown post office, even if it costs a little extra. Notary services are available and appreciated for their helpful and quick assistance. However, some customers have expressed concerns about high prices, especially for shipping small, light boxes, which they find to be expensive. There have also been occasional awkward interactions, such as issues with insurance and billing, but overall, the staff's helpfulness and the store’s convenience make it a popular choice for regular postal needs.
