I’m at Quest often have been going there for five years. I make an appointment, either enter facility or wait in car to be called. Never had a long wait, if I do I figure someone has more issues than I do, they are very good!

Great experience! Was able to check in online and when I arrived the office provided a pleasant atmosphere with an attentive staff. No waiting necessary and patients were care for quickly and efficiently with professionalism, courtesy and great attitude!

I made an appointment the day before but it wasn't in the system. The phlebotomy was awesome as always though.

Staff is defensive and rude. I was a walk in, and after signing in, my name did not appear on the sign in board. When I tried to ask about that, the woman became defensive about how walkins just have to wait until they have time, etc. I tried multiple times to express that I just wanted to ensure I was actually checked in because I wasn't on the list and she told me to just sign in again. (15 minutes after my first sign in). While waiting in line to sign in again, a second woman came out , again with an attitude to tell me that walk ins need to wait Blah, blah, blah. Again, I said I'm just trying to ensure I'm checked in and she said well you're on my list so just wait. Ok, fine. Jeez, people. What was the point of sending a second person to chastise me for asking a question?You post a list of people checked in, and don't list someone and then get pissy just because they ask if they are in fact checked in? How about waiting until someone acts like a Karen before you start treating them like one.

I have to get lab work done every year to get FSA credits from my employer for my health insurance and sometimes get sent to Quest for other things. I have gone to a variety of Quest Diagnostics locations around the Sacramento/Fair Oaks area. This is the best location by far! First, this location is actually air conditioned. It was so hot outside and it felt amazing in this office, whereas a lot of Quest and LabCorp locations I had been to didn't have air conditioning. It is also clean and nicely laid out / well spaced in the waiting room. Second, there was no wait. At other locations, I have had to wait a while in the hot/crowded waiting room even when I had an appointment. Third, my phlebotomist was great. She was friendly, efficient, and she did the needle poke so well that I barely felt it. She also wished me happy birthday since mine is coming up and that was so nice! I was surprised at how well my appointment went, but I'm very pleased that this is the location I live near now!

Went for tests and very pleasant and fast. But they missed one!!!!! So I booked one and chose specimen drop off. Tried calling them but you only get to speak to their automated system. The system does tell you to press 6 to speak to someone. Guess what, 6 is an invalid choose as per the automated system!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. The lady at the front desk actually yelled at me. I would've scheduled with another location.

Disappointed. Only 1 staff it’s take too long to wait even you have appointment. Not good for a person has Dementia to wait in line for aLong period.

Last week came with appointment , bit they don't found my doctor test order the person in front told me get the order and just walk in , no need appointment,,, today I came without appointment and they told I need appointment.
