I've been using this pharmacy for several years now and the pharmacist have always been kind, answer my questions, and if I call they assistant me with what I need. When my meds are ready I receive a text and come pick up my meds with no wait if nobody is in front of me. I have also gotten my flu shots there as well with no issues.

I've been coming to this pharmacy for around 5 or 6 years and I've never had any issues with service, or any of the pharmacists or assistants. They've always been friendly and helpful.

This pharmacy does not give a crud about their patients. I needed a migraine med after a 9 day migraine. Nope they are out of a very common medicine and said I had to wait 3 days. Asked if they could check with other Safeways. No...Non transferable..... I told her I had a 9 day migraine. Her response was So! Wow.

There terrible at there job no one should have to call 30-40 times to get there medication & never came across a pharmacist who didn’t wanna fill full quantity worst pharmacy in Brentwood.

For years I've been frustrated with this store. Customer service is hardly a thing. Today, the young man checking me out couldn't stop complaining about how he wants to take a break. When finally someone said he could, he yelled out, "Thank God!" Really? Is that necessary? I felt like a total burden just trying to buy something. Don't they want business? Management isn't much better. They chew out employees in front of customers.

I guess customer service can not help you with Western Union Just one specific person can . And they said it closed cause he is on lunch.. all of customer service are not trained to push some button on the computer to help there customer with Western Union Very inconvenient

I am highly upset at the deli, I went in to get my usual order and the worker Melissa was in a rush seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. I order the club sandwich exactly how it comes. She kept asking what I wanted in my sandwich. Then she said she had to charge me extra for getting 2 meats but the "The Club" sandwich is supposed to come with both turkey and ham. Then instead of just placing the deli meat nicely she was tearing pieces apart. Highly upset and the only reason I bought my sandwich is because I was on my work lunch. They need to train her some more.

The WORST deli & sandwich department I have ever experienced. I have come quite a few times and they are so understaffed and the staff they DO have, are as SLOW as can be.

I live close by this location but try to avoid going there unless I'm in a hurry. Always long lines at checkout and selection is not great compared to other local stores.

I never Yelp anything but this location is horrible. I called to order a cake and after 15 minutes on hold trying to reach the bakery some woman at customer service answered and she had the nerve to tell me to hold so she could pickup a FaceTime call lol like what? I needed this dam cake because it was super last minute so whatever, maybe her FaceTime was important. She gets off her call & sarcastically takes my order. Because that's "not her job". I go pick it up the next day & no ones at the bakery. I had to reach out to an employee twice to get someone to give me my dam cake. After waiting at the counter for 20 min. I finally get the stupid cake lol its decorated horribly but at that point I just wanted to get the hell out of there. My point is, don't order cakes here lol they suck.

Safeway Drive Up & Go has been a lifesaver for me during Covid19. I don't know if they offered it before the pandemic but I hope they continue it. It makes shopping so easy and saves me time. Simply use the Safeway delivery and pick up app, choose a location and a time slot. When you arrive park in one of the designated spots and call. They bring your groceries out to your car. They are so nice and are always wearing a mask properly. Unfortunately they are not able to take tips. It's always been super quick and easy, no more than 5 minute wait.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and when I went to eat it, the egg was completely frozen and the bacon wasn’t even cooked. I was no where by a microwave so I literally had to throw it out. I also added on the 1.99 meal and when I rang it up it the price didn’t adjust. I sat at the self checkout for 6 minutes before anyone could help me. They didn’t have the “access pass” so I had to wait another 5 min. Absolutely disappointed and will never go to a Safeway again!
