We went in to upgrade two phones. The Employee that "helped" us was terrible and seemed to barely know what he was talking about. He seemed unsure of every answer he gave us. Once the bill came in it was more than double with insurance services we didn't ask for on phone lines with no devices. we got a tablet that he said was free but of course it wasn't. Id give this place a zero if i could.

Came here after I found out the store I purchased my SIM at messed up big time. Staff here did everything they could to get my issue resolved and saved me from having to spend another $70. Customer service was great, and both staff were very kind.

Beware. Went to add a line and they added two without my knowledge. Had to call 611 and cancel the unknown line. Next day found that the store had also canceled all promos and changed my plan even though I specifically told them I didn't want to make any plan changes at all and they reassured me they wouldn't. Had to go all Karen on Customer Care to get switched back to old plan and have all promos added back. Horrible corporation. Will be switching to Verizon as soon as all devices are paid off.

Customer Service was great.Oscar was the person who helped me pick out phone.Sad thing is that they don't transfer your Data from old to new.

The long hair kid that runs this store should never be allowed to work in retail ever again. He is very rude to customers. He doesn't even open the store on time with people standing outside.

On lunch break 2 hours before closing... says be back in an hour with no time frame....When I call the call center it's mentioned they give $800 credit voucher to switch plans over.... I had to pay over $500 off my old phone when I switched... was told my phone was going to be less when I down graded my plan; it now no longer works anywhere and my phone bill is higher.... I'm so sick of this experience

After receiving barrages of telemarketing calls from T-Mobile, I sent their CEO an email telling them that such calls reduce the likelihood of encouraging new customers. They promptly responded and stopped the calls.

ray the manager is so cool and patient with anyone and everyone. he has excellent people skills as well as knows this business.. tmobile needs to reconize him as a asset to there company.. all i can say is yes yes yes to ray ..................... give him what he deserves.. thanks you ray

Walked out after dealing with an associate who could not be bothered to do his job. Went to the other store on Balfour and got good service.
