I came to the store to exchange my shoes and they denied me saying the registers were down. I had my receipt and everything. They could have kept the shoes at the register with the receipt and let me exchange the shoes for the holiday. ?They said they would be closed on Thanksgiving so I couldn’t even exchange the shoes before our family pictures.

Horrible customer service!!! I picked up an order and tried to purchase one simple clothing set that I got from the 50% off rack. She charged me for full price and when I told her it was half off she said with the biggest attitude "well that's not what it's ringing up as" on top of that even before that her ringing me up for this one item took about ten minutes for her to ring me up for one item. Anywhere else they would have sold it for the price advertised since I even pointed out where I got it from and there were tons more there with the sign

I only wish I could give them a "0" I spent hundreds of dollars in this place for my grandchildren and I have a $24 exchange. My girls took the tags off and unfortunately the items did not fit , with my receipt and tags the manager Tiffany refused to give me an exchange. Unfortunately I will never be shopping in this store again. I cannot believe they could not make an exception and that there customers are not important to them.

Horrible customer service experience. I went to the store to return my son's school uniform bottoms and since it was after 45 days they refused. I had the receipt so I asked for store credit. The manager said no and she couldn't exchange the items because the size I needed was out of stock. I emailed customer service and I never heard back. Definitely won't be shopping there anymore. I have spent lots of money there over the years.

After running errands all day today we decided to take a break and come to AMC and I stopped at the children's place store to take a peek (I shop monthly online EVERY MONTH) and everything was just a mess so I didn't even know where to look, when the "shift leader" Veronica, asks aggressively if I'm ready? She threw me off as I had NOTHING IN MY HANDS .. so I asked ready for what? And she says to check out!! So I asked again, what do you mean? She says are you ready to check out now?? I said .. do you see me holding anything?? I've been a retail manager for long enough to know the technique she tried to apply here. Just because I'm not dressed up and wearing make up (like usual) does not give her the right to assume I'm gonna steal something! Totally unacceptable. Please look up my account and see how much money I've spent this year alone, I don't think I deserve to be treated like this because I chose to come in sweats before a movie!! Tiffany I hope to hear from you. Thanks Bailey for helping me at check out! Veronica, kiss my ..... sons feet!

?Too bad, 15 minutes earlier for 7pm to close and the person at the store said they couldn't get in anymore, they are supposed to close at 7pm. and from a distance screams that it is not "" closed "" if we are already inside as a customer, there are ways to say that 15 minutes we close, but I think it is a lack of courtesy and customer service in the way that he did it very badly .?

I have been trying to contact the store I understand due to circumstances everything is closed so I tried calling corporate and emailing them I have yet to get a response! I am missing an item! Its ridiculous I've been trying to get ahold of someone for 2 months and have yet to hear anything Its ridiculous!

I like this store! If you buy there constantly you'll get really good discounts and deals, which makes your experience even better! It's getting more organized, but I don't understand people who blame the staff saying it's a mess...well...who's creating this mess???? I always put clothes back on the shelves, on hangers! Stop being pigs! Took one star cause always need to wait, they don't have many people working there

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. MAINLY based on my interaction with one person. I believe she was the manager, (Tiffany?) an African American woman. She was so unbelievably rude and hurtful to me and I will never enter another Children's Place location. A while back, I called on the phone to check on an item and was on hold for exactly 31 minutes. When she finally picked up the phone she explained to me that it was very busy that day and that if I wanted to check I would have to physically come into the store. I completely understood because I have also worked in retail many years and understand that sometimes stores get very busy. I only live about 5 minutes away so I hopped in the car only to find that when I arrived at the store absolutely no customers were inside. The store was empty. Not busy at all. This wasn't the worst part. When I finally greeted (by the manager, Tiffany) it was absolutely disrespectful and rude. I can not believe they have someone with this attitude even working here much less managing a location. Get better.

Was not happy with the customer service at the children's Place in Brentwood California the employees there were very rude very rude you try to go in with like 10 minutes before they close and they're telling you can't come in I really like pushing you out the door so I will not be going back to that store ever to shop and give them my business you need to get better customer service in that store

I placed an on line.order waited 10 days for it to arrive to find out my order was incomplete. Called customer service waited 20 minutes in the que. They will resend the missing items but now I have to wait another 7-14 days. The one item was a dress for.my granddaughter to wear for her first day of school as a 1st grader. Now I am going to have to go find another dress so she has one for that day. Not very happy. I asked if they could rush the order since this was clearly not my fault and the reply I got was no I'm sorry. Customer service isnt what it use to be.

Ordered online and never received my package although it says it was delivered at 9pm .. I have cameras everywhere so I know for sure it never came .. the store said it was delivered to my house, but UPS said it was delivered to dock..??? And now I can’t get in Touch with customer service
