Today was my first time going to Tractor Supply for their Sunday - PetVet I left there so frustrated and disgusted with the services my DISABLED dog and I received. When it was our turn to come up for Nova's HWT, the tech asked me if there was any issues they needed to know about. I told them she was deaf, had stranger danger and to move slow. I had put her muzzle on prior to us arriving at the front of the line. The DR had me bring Nova over to the table where the tech tried to lift her up. She was startled and let out a cry. The technician kinda looked at me and I offered to pick her up myself. After putting Nova on the table the DR tried to give her the HWT but again...she was frightened and pulled and the DR couldnt get the test done. She started looking super frustrated and asked me if I could come to the front of Nova so she could see me. I did what she asked and even started to pet Nova's nose to keep her calm. The tech barked at me "you aren't allowed to touch her during the procedure"... So I stopped and as long as Nova was able to see me they did the test. The DR was shaking her head in frustration and I'm just standing there like.....really??? 1st off - The DR looked like she didn't even want to bother being there. Complete RBF the entire time, no smiling, no kindness.... and definitely no compassion for a disabled pet. 2nd - You guys need to be nicer to your paying customers about how they cant touch the animal. This is something that needs to be discussed PRIOR to stepping up to see the animal. Not every dog you work on is going to be perfect. 3rd - Will never bring any of my pets here again. Get a better system with kinder people.... Its a bad look for Tractor Supply.

Bad Customer Service could not find anyone to help me when I had questions. And when I did found an employee to help me he seemed like he was in a rush and also was talking as he was walking away.

Just for the hay. They won't let you look at the hay before you buy it. My husband was nice and picked up hay for me. Upon bringing it home it smelled musty, dusty, and moldy. No wonder they won't let you look at it before you buy it. The rest of the store is cool.Oh I definitely returned it already thank you.

Operations manager Jake has been exceptional. Store manager Stephanie could learn from him what customer service is all about. All businesses exist only because of our customers and their loyalty.

Love the place. Staff is friendly and has everything i need. Awesome all around two blocks from tri city delta 391 bus stop and 3 blocks from the 385 bus stop at food maxx.

Prices are ridiculous and it blows my mind a tractor supply doesn’t open with the sunrise. Farmers are up early, you should be too

I want everyone to know that Leslee is such a wonderful and informative and attentive employee. Anytime I visit T.S I purposely look for her. Now, the other employees are nice but Leslee is outstanding and so professional. I made a second trip to this store because she was so focus and attentive to my concerns regarding my purchases for my new puppy. Anytime you enter this store you are nicely greeted and assisted. I love this place. The first trip there was so great I traveled out my way to do business with Tractor supply. I will happily return for all my pets needs.

I had driven by this place and finally decided to stop by. I like that the parking is big and the place feels calm. There is a ton of animal supply. So I heard they sell pellets in large amounts. I buy pellets for my cat litter. The medium size bag is about $32 at any other store. I bought a sack of pellets that could be used for horses,cats,or bunnies for $8. I got triple the amount for a really great price. I purchased 2 large sacks so I wouldn't have to return in a long time. This place literally saved me so much money.

I absolutely love this place. All my pets needs are met. They literally have everything from horse rack, food to guinepig cages, food ect. All your pets will find happiness here when it comes to food, supplies, and equipment.

This is my first obvious encounter of discrimination today. I came back and waited in line to exchange a defective item, and when i asked if i could run back very quickly to exchange the item she said yes, (within 30 seconds), cashier saw me, ignored me, and ask the other customer of the same race to come forward to pay. I waited patiently, and I was in a rush due to the inconvenience of a defective item as 4 of my friends were waiting outside. Thinking i was next after the customer, the cashier ignored me again! I said i just need this item, its cheaper, i dont need a refund, she said "you have to wait in line its protocol and ask the other customer to proceed (there was a 10 minute line and 1 cashier). Luckily, the other customer said she saw everything and was disturbed as i was and let me go ahead. Furthermore, the customer that she let ahead on my return made small talk knowing i had a sense of urgency.

My worst experience in line ever! I stood waiting for another's return. I heard the clerk say she couldn't get the right price, so I moved to another line. This girl came back from break and started changing her receipt tape. I left my $300.00 order sitting there. I was just DONE ✔️ After 45 mins in line. It will be a long time before I put myself through any of that again.
