Quick and easy location. This is a busy location but they typically have enough staff on duty to keep things moving. Today the line was all the way to the door when I walked in, but I was still finished and out the door in under 5 minutes.

Always have enough people working. Lines move quickly. Staff have always been professional, helpful and courteous. Staff went the extra mile for me regarding an issue with an online store.

During a very busy day, Justin and his associate worked tirelessly to move the line along. They never showed frustration or impatience when the line grew. They both let other activities wait to address the line. Two other stores were closed due to being remodeled. Justin and his associate did a great job!!

My helper was sooo cool and helped me out with pleasant professionality. Next to us the manager negotiated a customer complaint so smoothly that the customer was very satisfied when she left.i had to admire the manager’s efforts!

Debbie G. at store #4921(?) on Sand Creek Rd in Brentwood was fantastic today! We came in right at opening with a rather large amount of books and things to ship, and she was so quick, kind, and professional. Greatly appreciated how patient she was and how helpful with getting all my things packaged safely.

A recent experience was outstanding. I had several very heavy things to ship and Debbie took it upon herself to go all the way out to our car and help me carry a very very heavy package back into the store then after realizing two very cases of wine had arrived took it upon herself to load it in a cart and take it out to our vehicle. Truly outstanding service from a great caring employee. Thanks Debbie

This was the 1st time I have ever been to this location. And I will never come back again. So I parked next to a curb. Which had no paint and did not have a "no parking sign" the rest of the store front said no parking with red paint and cones, where I did not park. I was struggling to carry a heavy box and barely was able to open the door. Where the older lady was standing there just staring at me, when she could have just opened the door. She doesn't even greet me or anything, she only starts yelling at me telling me I can't park there and I need to park in a parking spot. I told her there was no red paint, cones, or a no parking sign. And she said she doesn't care. That she makes the rules because she runs the store and I can't park there. I will never return here again.

I almost never write reviews however this warrants one. The Old woman who works there is rude, unprofessional, and belligerent. All the other employees act like they literally don't know how to do their job without consulting her about everything. She literally grabbed my phone out my hand at one point and I had to fight back every urge in my body not to make a scene. (If our roles had been reversed the police would have been called) Fast forward five days later. I had an issue with the expensive return order and got absolutely nothing but attitude and rudeness over the phone while asking for clarification untill I responded in kind. I do not appreciate that the level of unprofessionalism...you chose to work at a UPS do not make it everyone else's problem especially when they are going out of their way to be polite.
