My dad and I had a bunch of stuff to take care of- notarizing documents, shipping a box, and making a Comcast return. These ladies were quick, friendly, helpful, 6 stars all around. Debbie the Notary was amazing. Carolyn helped us ship our box and the other nice lady did our Comcast return. Fantastic and convenient! A real time saving experience!!

Debbie is the best Rep at any UPS store. She didn't charge me for tape and made me feel good by being nice. I will only go here for now on!

Efficient. If returning items, have the vendor (eg. AMAZON) QR code ready to be scanned B4 you get to the UPS counter/employee.

Have been coming to this location for years. I am not originally from California so I mail gifts and packages to my family back east multiple times a year. I went in yesterday to quickly mail a birthday gift for my niece. They looked up my account in the computer and found her address and everything was good until she asked to see my license. I said I have never been asked to show my license before. I said I am shipping something and paying for it why do you need to see my license? She said it is a new policy. I Explained that I was coming from the gym so I don’t carry my wallet and I went to pull up the photo of my license that I keep on the phone and she said she cannot even accept a picture of it. I was so upset. After coming here for years, I was denied mailing a small package because I didn’t have my license with me. Since when do you need your license to ship a package? Even if that was the case, why would they not accept the photo on my phone? The picture of me with match up as well as the address that they have in their computer. I told her I was going to pay cash. And she robotically said I still need to see your license. I miss the old staff. They were so great. Upon leaving I told her moving forward all they would get is my Amazon returns and I will be using the postal annex.. when you walk in there they are happy to see you and would never do something like that to a regular customer with an account in their computer.

I ran in after work, realized I didn't have label printed out. After I was greeted I asked if I can print a label there, they said, "actually we're closed". I said, I'm sorry I thought I had more time. I looked at my watch, it was 5:58, I then realized they were to close at 6. I think my transaction could have been completed pretty quickly. Pretty disappointed at the customer service.

I took a prepaid return pkg here and 2 gals were working. I waited and one gal asked what I needed. I told her and she took my bag and tossed it behind the counter (into a shipping box i assumed). I asked for a receipt and she said I didn't need one. Stupid me! It has not been returned to the store I bought it from so I'm out 175.00! I wouldn't do business here again for anything. Seems scammy . I never had problems before they moved. .BEWARE!!

Just like other reviews - drop off a package at this location and they told me for pre paid label I did not need a return label. Now it doesn't look like my package will arrive anywhere as the tracking number says that package has not been dropped off.. scam happening at this location ! Employees / owner - are not deliverying packages to the carrier trucks ... stay away from this location !

I did a drop off package with a prepaid label. There were 2 women working and helping one customer. No problem, I waited. Then a gal reached out to me and asked what I needed. I handed her the package and said pre paid shipment. She took my package and tossed it into a container (I assumed) and walked away. Stunned, I waited and then asked the other girl for a receipt to which she replied "I didn't need one for a prepaid package". It's now 2 weeks and here I am waiting for a credit from the store and they have yet to receive it. I'm afraid they might have a little scam going on at this location by keeping returns for themselves. I bet they are enjoying my little 170.00 dress! STAY AWAY. This location used to be good. Don't leave any anything of value here. Trust your gut!

They changed ownership recently. Service with prior ownership was amazing. Good people, felt like a small mom and pop shop. Those people left and now being run by young kids who lose packages. The other day we were called, asking if they had given us a package by mistake. On a separate occasion, we were told a package was never received, when in fact it had been, per UPS. They gave us that same package 3 weeks later. We now have another package that post office says was delivered three days ago, but this location says it has not been. We are again in limbo. Manager will not take responsibility for anything and says it's our job to review tags received. Do not use them. UPS location on Lone Tree is much better with solid staff.

Don’t believe their posted hours. They are NOT open when they say they are. Made a special trip over there and lights were on but doors were LOCKED.

Long wait time and untrained-RUDE employee.A young dark haired man spent 15 minutes resizing 2 boxes for a n attractive young woman causing the line to grow to over 10 people out of the door. he was then rude and careless when helping me . He also taped a box for a man who cut in line and the employee waved the charge for the tape. I will not return to this location.

Went to this location this morning to return a small package from Amazon. The line was pretty long with other folks that had more extensive shipping needs. The young man behind the counter asked me if I had an Amazon return and when I said yes he brought me to the counter, scanned my email, and let me go on my way without having to wait in the ridiculous line. I really appreciate intelligent customer service like this. Nice work!

No customer service. I am a frequent customer and when a mistake was made (theirs) they blamed me and would not refund or make it right. The old gray hair lady was nasty, not the least apologetic and blamed me for all of it. Even the owner, Saul laughed and said oh well. Please listen to all these reviews - the one time they bungle your shipment, it will be on YOU. Why take that chance, go somewhere else.
