My 93 year old mother took a CD last year and was charged $2300 for closing it out early with no interest which I understand but a penalty was outrageous as she needed the money for emergency to help her granddaughter. The man in the picture even admitted that he did not explain the penalty to her, but said he should've read the terms With no compassion as the manager, Andrea was no help have contacted the district offices and seek legal action after their crook

I went in this morning with a lot of things that needed to be taken care of. Erin was amazing and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. She was very knowledgeable. I did not expect for everything to be handled today and definitely didn’t expect it all to be done by one person. Great service! I’m very happy to have checked off so many boxes on my to do list.

We came in today to cash a check but opened an account instead. The branch manager made it possible by getting us in today instead of waiting until Saturday. Sultan Sayed helped us, I cannot remember having better service ever from any bank or employee! He was totally awesome. He walked us thru the account and products offered, he's very knowledgeable and very personable. I highly recommend this branch.

This branch absolutely sucks! They closed the discovery bay branch which was a fantastic branch and sent all the customers to this horrible branch. The lady with terrible looking pink hair is the rudest person working at a bank I have ever met! She needs to be fired!! Most unfriendly, rude, and unpleasant person to ever have had the unfortunate necessity to deal with at a bank. US Bank…if you actually read these and care about the way your employees represent your company, I suggest you get rid of this horrible person immediately! She has made me decide to NEVER EVER considering banking with your institution. Not if you were the last bank on earth. I’d rather put my money in my mattress. If I could give zero stars I would.

Only because i could not write a review with out giving a 1 star. The staff at brentwood branch is really nice especially Erick. But my 1 star is because of the branch manager she is horrible. I have been coming to this branch because they closed the one in discovery bay in 2020. From day one i have had issues with the branch manager there. I thought it was because she did not know us but 2 years later and same treatment. Its really unacceptable i was in banking with customer service in the past and know how banking works. Still i feel like i get the worst treatment from her (branch manager). I will never have anything to do with her again. So sad. If it was not because of us customers she would not have a job to go too.

I went there yesterday to see if I could make an but they were probably booked up for all day yesterday but they were nice enough to make an appt for 4:00 PM but then later on I cancelled it so I was calling them just to reschedule for tomorrow and they were checking if I could one and they made it for the same time but then I was talking with her on the phone again but I didn't understand what she was trying to tell me?? I was really confuse that she said just come tomorrow and we will see you without telling me what time and this was the manager which is embarrassing. I might go there because I know who they are but I wouldn't trust the manager or probably some of the employees who work there everyday. It shows you how people are.

Horrible service and very rude 2 lady the pink haired girl good luck with her helping you and crazy cause I called to see if money was available in my account n drove all the way here and now they are telling me I cant get my money hopefully I get some feed back from a manager. We need more US BANKS in this area this is the only branch n the rudest... negative stars.

I've been a customer for over 20years and the service I received in the last month is beyond sad and unacceptable. I filed a dispute with USBank in April 2021, regarding a withdrawal that I make however somehow the branch took the withdrawal out twice in error I filled a claim in April and the claim was resolved, however 1 month later the bank reversed the claim without telling me and caused my saving account to be overdrawn. I called the 1800 number in April to discuss the issue and was told a manager will call within 2-3 days; no call. I called again May 25th 2021 to try again to resolve the issue and was promised a call back in 2 days again (spoke with(Shanda) no call back. I called for the 3rd time today June 3rd and once again I was bounced around from the number I was given (1800-254-9874) with no resolution, I was on the phone for over an hour. My problem is still not resolved and this has been going on since April and as of yet I have not received a call back....I even have a tracking dispute # 091167H6G0C0 So as a bank customer for over 20 years and still horrible customer service, how do you think they will treat a new customer.....So if customer service is important to you DON'T waste your time applying for any type of account with US Bank, the service is HORRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE. And yes I will be closing my account ASAP.

There is no branch. It is an apartment complex, and I do not see the ATM nor signs for an ATM. So if you're not a resident not a good place to go to do banking.

Poor service and ZERO follow up on our home equity line of credit loan. We waited 2 months for this process, with numerous calls to the branch & emails to the manager to check status. It was a horrible experience! We were easily approved through another bank without hassle.
