I go to walgreens all the time to deposit cash on to my card with no issues. The walgreens had me in line for 15 min just to tell me i can only deposit once a day when I was just there a few weeks ago and been depositinf multiple times for years and was able to deposit twice ! What a shame just lazy and slow. Went to w different walgreens and they did it for me no problem.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Go to a different pharmacy! They're always so slow and they never have anything ready always gotta wait hours for a simple prescription. Also to call and check if it's ready Omg the WORST! Never again am I coming here

This is a very, very, very busy pharmacy so before sending you Rx's here, I'd give them a call to see if they have your Rx's in stock and if not how long will it take to be filled! If you just follow these simple steps, it'll save you time, and going back and forth with the pharmacy Tech!!!!

The pharmacy here is so horrible. Every time when picking up meds, there would be a huge line. Even when I'm next in line, I would still had wait a very long time. They only have two people at the cashier, but one would help at the drive thru. When my wife called for status on a prescription arriving, nobody ever answer the phone. In person, the staff doesn't know how to answer most of the questions like they don't have much knowledge or experience. I had been to other Walgreen pharmacy and the service was a lot faster.

There is a GOOD reason why this pharmacy gets such bad reviews!!!!! This is happening once again!!!!!!!!!! I sit in the drive up for 15 min when I get to the window I'm told that there is a block on the prescription I'm trying to pick up because the pharmacist is on a break!!!! The idiot working the drive up tells me I must drive around and get in line again or come in the store and wait for the pharmacist to return! How is it you continue to treat your customers this why???

Today I went to this location for the third time, and the pharmacy line was out of control. I contacted the asst. Mgr Carla, and she made all the difference. She made me feel like the only customer in the world. We rarely find exceptionally excellent service, but Carla made a difference. Thank you

If there's an option of no star, I will give this store a zero or no star at all!!!! They're very lazy to answer calls, they always put the blame to either the prescriber or the customer. You can never get your prescription on time even if you order it ahead of time (as allowed by the insurance) and even when your prescriber call them! THIS IS THE WORST Walgreens you can ever find!!!!

if i could give 0 i would. The wait is about 2 hours for starters. I came here and they forgot about me :/ good thing i wasn't in dying need of my medication. I came back to the window and the lady that helped me ran off to lunch and didn't pass down my i for on what meds needed to be pulled..... charged me double for medication told me to wait 10 mins then come back , which mean another 2 hours in that line..... i could go on and on about this terrible place

There is a very good reason this location has a subpar rating. Do yourself a favor and send your prescriptions elsewhere. This is one of the most mismanaged pharmacies I've ever encountered. I've spent 50-60 minutes at a time on hold only to be disconnected once a live person answers, and repeated call backs have resulted in similar wait times and repeated disconnections. I've been able to drive from Pleasanton to Brentwood during commute hours while on hold and getting to my destination before my call was answered. Today was my third and final attempt to use this pharmacy and I've now changed to a different pharmacy/company altogether, and will not return to this location. I have also formally filed a complaint with Wallgreens corporate. Very frustrating and a waste of time. I've also spent over 30 minutes in the drive-thru, and 40 minutes in line inside of the store. Due to understaffing and lack of management guidance - which is obvious to anybody who has ever managed people - the wait times are consistently unreasonable. When you finally receive service it is good, but attention to detail is missing. I've observed the staff taking a lot of the resulting anger from the customers - they shouldn't have to. This is a management issue, not an issue with the staff. This location is very convenient for my family so I was hoping this was a one time occurrence. Unfortunately I gave the location three chances and they've lost my business entirely. I hope their corporate team decides to put a qualified manager in place for the benefit of future customers.

Went to Walgreens for some Dominos today. I got the best customer service. A very nice lady helped me until she found them. Thank you I didn't get her name . But she was very pretty and tall.

Yes I'm yelling so maybe someone like the pharmacy manager might read this one because their are so many other complaints about this pharmacy. They have the worst service, tried to call several times and they would put me on hold then they would just hang up after waiting 15 min. Again over and over I would try and they would just hang up. I guess these employees just don't care abut how important their customers are. I will take this up higher then their manager since for what I have read the manager could also care less. Some day these employees will need prescriptions in their life and they will understand then how important it is to get some kind of attention. 0 stars for me booooo.
