DO NOT COME HERE FOR TRAVEL VACCINATIONS. They will let you schedule whatever you need online; however, when you arrive at your appointment, they will say they don't provide the vaccinations you had requested.
Their advice to fix this? "Try someplace else."
Thanks for wasting my time.

Every time I come to this Walgreens, there is an issue. They either can't find my photo order for which I would have received a confirmation that it's ready. Or literally nobody at the photo counter, but today was by far the worst. The associate saw me and literally walked away and made me wait and did God knows what around thestore while he knew I was there

Fnu, one of the store associates, assisted me quickly with my photo order. I ordered it in store and instead of having to come back in an hour, he offered to help me print them while I waited. I thought that was super nice of him. He was also very friendly and personable the whole time. Would definitely get my photos printed at Walgreens Lone Tree again. 5/5 star customer service.

My recent visit to this Walgreens located in Brentwood proved to be quite satisfactory. The prices were reasonable, allowing me to find what I needed without breaking the bank. Additionally, the staff members were helpful and courteous, readily assisting me in locating the items on my list and answering any questions I had. Their friendly demeanor added to the overall pleasantness of the shopping experience. Overall, I found the combination of reasonable prices and helpful staff made this local Walgreens a convenient and reliable option for my essential purchases in the Brentwood area.

The pharmacy tech said that a different Walgreens made a mistake on my son's prescription for his inhaler. Then she refused to ask them to correct it. She said that I had to call them. I know that she could have helped us with the issue. But, she refused. I then proceeded to spend 50 minutes on hold waiting for help from the other Walgreens. Customer service seems to mean nothing.

If I could give 0 star I would. Worse customer service ever. The "shift manager" is TERRIBLE. SO RUDE. Talking poorly about customers in front of them. When I confronted him, he said "I wasn't talking to you".

I've never heard of a pharmacy telling a customer they can't wait for their prescription. Was told to come back for my daughter's antibiotics once I received a message stating it's ready. That was yesterday and still nothing so my daughter just will continue to get worse and be sick because they are lazy. It wasn't even busy just one other customer waiting there. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. I regret using this Walgreens.

I go to walgreens all the time to deposit cash on to my card with no issues. The walgreens had me in line for 15 min just to tell me i can only deposit once a day when I was just there a few weeks ago and been depositinf multiple times for years and was able to deposit twice ! What a shame just lazy and slow. Went to w different walgreens and they did it for me no problem.

No matter where you work, take pride in your job, store and product and cleanliness. Homeless/Houseless tend to camp around during the day and night, and on the 23rd we literally watched one person drop his drug paraphernelia(smoking pipe) not to far from the entry way. On the side, near curb pickup, a pile of debris, butane can and broken pipes were on the outside. Tried to call, no one answered to leave a message with mgr. It should be cleaned up at the beginning, end and spot checks during the day. You should be able to run folks off from just outside your business. I shop here from time to time, and was VERY DISAPPOINTED.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Go to a different pharmacy! They're always so slow and they never have anything ready always gotta wait hours for a simple prescription. Also to call and check if it's ready Omg the WORST! Never again am I coming here

It is the worst pharmacy in the entire country. Extremely unorganized unprofessional with irresponsible behavior. The medicines are never ready, and you have to wait for hours or to come later and waste time in their line again. Switch to any other pharmacy!
