The worst customer service, went there 3 times to open a account, 1st time said had to make a appointment , there were agents just sitting there doing nothing said they would call me that day with time , never got a phone call, finally called me 2 days later (john) and set up time , went there with paperwork he said needed and was told needed to have certified copy of death certificate, sent up another appointment with paperwork they said needed , on third attempt now they said i need a certified letter from the court, which the courts don't provide wtf , the agent (rosey) is a complete idiot and wasted my time, been with WF for 26 years, will be closing accounts and going to chase

I have never been to a bank where the service was as stellar as it was here!! Monica and Rosie were amazing and friendly. The type of customer service you always want to have!

This bank could not even produce a signed letter of proof of funds from any banker or manager regarding my business account. It's one thing if nobody was authorized in the bank. However, to mention that it isn't possible to do such a thing because they no longer do it is preposterous. If you don't want to work and actually get things done, then don't go to work. By the way, I went to the neighboring Wells Fargo and got it within minutes.

Unprofessional management and lack of effort to help customers.I've been a customer for many years and have visited many branches, this one is just terrible. They will call and leave a message with a phone number to call back, but when you call they don't answer and there is no way to leave a message.I tried calling at different times over a few days and they never answer. They are not open at all on Saturday's, all the other branches are open, just not these lazy people.I can't count the number of times I have gone into this branch and witnessed management arguing with customers over the simplest things. Just step up and help your customers, not treat them like junk

Tellers are way to slow, not sure why they only have two working during rush hour when the line is out the door

I would not recommend this branch at all. From the superiors to the employees this is the absolute worst branch for customer service. They are not helpful or friendly. I am stocked how unhelpful and incredibly rude the superior was. He did not have name tag on so I not able to put his name. They are representing Wellsfargo in a bad way its a shame. I wanted to open a teen account for my son and the way he treated us was rude. I am sorry it was only a teen account I have everything else with you!!!!

I have been a customer with Wells Fargo for roughly 25 years and have been coming to this Brentwood CA branch located at 1115 2nd Street for roughly 10 years. I have an IOLTA (interest on lawyer trust account) here and have never had an issue making standard deposits into this account...until today! It is clear that the staff and management here have inconsistent procedures and lack basic knowledge of how a client trust account works. While it is a lot of work and hassle for me to switch banks, I will now do so due to the seemingly inept staff and management at this Brentwood CA location.

This has the be the worst customer service ever. My mother passed away back in February and she had an account with Wells Fargo. I finally got her certificate in the mail to close her account. Mind you, I have never had to do this before. So I go in to the branch and they said I need an appointment, totally understandable. So they get my number. They never call me to make an appointment. So I had to call the 800 number to make an appointment. I go in the second time and I guess there needs to be a notary. Which was there so it was a Waste of time. I finally go in a THIRD time, finally there's a notary. After sitting down with Anthony, he was nice but it felt like such a stressful situation. He had to call a legal department which okay that makes sense but he hands me these papers that I don't understand what to check mark or anything and I'm literally confused. I filled out a part wrong and he just wasn't the most understanding person but I didn't understand half the stuff I had to do. There were certain sections and legal stuff that I didn't understand. He also freaked out that my thumbprint wasn't right when I knew what I was doing since I've had things notarized before. I have never had to do this before nor am I in the best mood that I just lost my mother! He said things like "next time you have to do this, you have to do it this way" what the hell, I don't want there to be a next time!! Then he said "hopefully" I don't need to go back there a fourth time. Somehow he knew it was my third time being there. That is not okay whatsoever. I do not recommend coming here to have anything to do with closing a passed loved ones account period! He was so unpleasant to work with in general. The worst experience ever.
