This location is always busy! There's always a line. It's hit or miss, sometimes the lines move fast sometimes it doesn't. It just depends on what kind of transaction people are doing and the number of tellers working. They have improved since the pandemic though. Still need much improvement. My recent experience was not very good. A representative called me to make an appointment about a CD and I decided to take him up it on the offer. I went to the appointment, showed up 10 minutes early, and he was still with his previous customer which is fine. Until it was my turn. I waited for 15 mins. He didn't even come and acknowledge me or say how much longer he'll be. So, I told the manager and he was not helpful either. Anyway, in the future, if you're going to call someone in, to sell you products or what not, you should take the time to acknowledge your customers. So they don't leave. I been with Wells Fargo for more than 20 years, I think they can do better. By the way I choose to stay with the bank because I like the on line service, just the experience at the local branch needs improvement.

THIS BANK BLOWS! Long lines all the time. Platform officers are useless. You still have to make an appointment to see an officer. Staff at minimal and average wait is 1 hour minimal. I'm moving my checking accounts to Safe America.

Ridiculous management. There is NEVER NOT a line out in the sun. It took me a week to find the time for the line so I could deposit my money. (Too large for app & and ATM puts a 12 day hold on large deposits). Two tellers working and only six people allowed in. AFTER the mask mandates lifted. It would cost $200 for an easy up so that 75 year old ladies aren't baking in the sun waiting for an understaffed bank to actually take their money! (Saw that). What happened to service? Tried an appointment but they're 20 days out!! Can't wait til the timing is right.

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 10 years and always had a good experience, they are always super nice and professional, and then you meet some j*** who ruin the whole thing like Juan and you wish to go banking somewhere else .

Wow. Went here to make a deposit for my work. Social distancing is NOT enforced here. I felt extremely uncomfortable while making a large cash deposit and someone is using the ATM less than 12 inches from me. Come on. What about COVID-19??? On the way out. I asked the employee that's like to hold on to the door. She said that we have to let them use the ATM. There is 2 of the. May be turn off the one that is next to a teller. Or, place a sign that we don't care about social distancing.

What an awful way to treat your customers. 2 people allowed inside at a time. In 90 100 degree weather without even providing a tent like other business that have this rule. Mandate masks and let your customers come inside. At least be more generous than 2 at a time. The line is out the door and all the way to the end of the block.

They set me up with an account with a large monthly fee. One of the account service reps thankfully called to change it. The next time we went in the original rep was upset that the other one helped me. I didn't like how territorial they were about my account and how the one set me up with way more than I needed or asked for.
