I tried to cash a stale-dated check today at the behest of the original writer. I explained to the employee that even though it was stale-dated, I read online that banks can sometimes accept stale-dated checks. The employee proceeded to insult my intelligence and state that "anyone can read anything online". I showed him the article I was referencing. He became increasingly combative with me and told me "you can cash that check if you want to, the machine's right there. I'm not going to stop you". I don't know where this kind of service is acceptable, but it's not what I expect from a bank. He also did not show me a WRITTEN DOCUMENT explaining Wells Fargo's policies on stale-dated checks, he was just spouting this off from memory. Overall, lackluster customer service and another reason to do banking online.

I just wanted to say that your parking spaces and ATM area are super dirty, littered with trash and you should prrobably do something about cleaning it up. I wanted to send an email but there isn't any way to do so on the website.

The worst customer service, went there 3 times to open a account, 1st time said had to make a appointment , there were agents just sitting there doing nothing said they would call me that day with time , never got a phone call, finally called me 2 days later (john) and set up time , went there with paperwork he said needed and was told needed to have certified copy of death certificate, sent up another appointment with paperwork they said needed , on third attempt now they said i need a certified letter from the court, which the courts don't provide wtf , the agent (rosey) is a complete idiot and wasted my time, been with WF for 26 years, will be closing accounts and going to chase

I have never been to a bank where the service was as stellar as it was here!! Monica and Rosie were amazing and friendly. The type of customer service you always want to have!

Why are some WF closed on the weekends? It started with covid reduced hours, and it never returned back to the regular hours.

This bank could not even produce a signed letter of proof of funds from any banker or manager regarding my business account. It’s one thing if nobody was authorized in the bank. However, to mention that it isn’t possible to do such a thing because they no longer do it is preposterous. If you don’t want to work and actually get things done, then don’t go to work.By the way, I went to the neighboring Wells Fargo and got it within minutes.

Unprofessional management and lack of effort to help customers.I've been a customer for many years and have visited many branches, this one is just terrible.They will call and leave a message with a phone number to call back, but when you call they don't answer and there is no way to leave a message.I tried calling at different times over a few days and they never answer. They are not open at all on Saturday's, all the other branches are open, just not these lazy people.I can't count the number of times I have gone into this branch and witnessed management arguing with customers over the simplest things. Just step up and help your customers, not treat them like junk

More than 50 people waiting outside the branch. Customer service has been declining over the years to the worst. They need to increase open business hours especially on weekends.

I would not recommend this branch at all. From the superiors to the employees this is the absolute worst branch for customer service. They are not helpful or friendly. I am stocked how unhelpful and incredibly rude the superior was. He did not have name tag on so I not able to put his name. They are representing Wellsfargo in a bad way its a shame. I wanted to open a teen account for my son and the way he treated us was rude. I am sorry it was only a teen account I have everything else with you!!!!

I finish work at 8 pm and never have a chance to go to the bank. Open Hours are too short and lacking especially on weekends. They need to increase hours

One of the poor customer service branches.They break the rules when it is convenient for them and cause inconvenience for customers purpose fully.the staff have no training how system work.go to this branch if you have half day time to spend at this branch.I’m regretting opening an account despite reading and ignoring the bad reviews ☹️
