It was my first time coming here, and I had to exchange a malfunctioning cable box. I was greeted at the door by a female associate. I unfortunately did not gry her name, but the initials on the receipt was BAB. This is the fastest, smoothest transaction that I could remember I encountered. I was out of there in 2 minutes. Thank you BAB for a great service! ??♂️

Workers are great, company is a scam. They couldn't get my line up and running and still charged me for the first month. They also charged me for an extra line that I didn't sign up for. Didn't even send me a receipt for my activation. And ended up charged me for a phone that was supposed to be FREE. Just go somewhere else don't waste you time here.

Tiana was SO helpful!! She gave us a great deal and helped us make the most cost effective choice. She was very transparent and not at all pushy. We actually came here instead of the one in Vacaville because the sales guy there was way too pushy. Great customer service

The people at this store are amazing and great, unfortunately they work for capitalists which means you will pay the price for signing a contract at the crossroads. Find another way to get Internet, phone or cable.

We have everything bundled with them and on this visit to find out why we were getting constant glitches and why the land phone has been inoperable We never use it but now have a 7yr old to consider in emergencies. My wife explained the problem to Kevin and he was more than helpful and enacted an upgrade.

Beware xfinity/ comcast customer service over the phone is the absolute worst you will be lost in a sea or like a maze of people that are not on the same page I have dealt with the worst most incompetent people for six months. They could not correct their own mistake in store they contacted their customer service to let them know after purchasing a new iPhone Pro Max ordering upgrading and bringing back the phone to the store which they lost it! I and my husband our Internet our phones were turned off for three months until they found that phone they knew it was their mistake but they made us pay for their mistake and they never credited us back they made us pay our bills every month to keep our phone because they hijacked our phone numbers and we were without phone and we were not able to log into our bank accounts are Amazon accounts you name it because we had two factor authorization and without that phone number we were dead in the water talk about a nightmare !! to add insult to injury I was charged $2000 for the iPhone Pro Max they lost and recovered without my knowledge because my bank card is on file they attempted to debit $2000 from my bank account thank goodness my bank flagged it. without regard of their mistake I was sent to collections erro after error! after they recovered their phone. I was also strong-armed $900 dolls to recover our phone numbers after requesting a global pass which never got added to my account I had only been with them for one month the manager at the Brentwood store has no power or authority and the only person who was absolutely helpful who went out of his way he bent over backwards trying to do everything he could to help me was Calvin. Beware!!!!!! do not do business with Comcast which their alias is Xfinity trying to hide behind a name because they have such a bad reputation! Yes I have finally left they locked my phones and now I have to wait 48 hours for that to resolve itself again worst customer service incompetent don’t become their next victim.

Worst customer service ever experienced.I used to have Comcast’s service years ago and had nothing but problems with their service .They are literally crooks. I did not know Xfinity mobile was run by Comcast .This company has not changed . Stay clear of these people unless you want to get ripped off because their customer service is the absolute worse.
