Great experience. It's what you'd hope for when you need a tow. I didn't catch the driver's name but he is in the picture. He was helpful and experienced. My car was on a busy street with school drop offs. The tow truck driver moved my car and loaded it away from the school traffic. He not only was experienced but he was also pleasant and professional. After a stressful day, I felt at ease. I'm a Triple AAA Premier member and this service paid for itself.

Wouldn't even bring me water or coolant for my busted radiator hose. Told them I can fix the hose, just need water or coolant delivered. Nope. "They don't do that"

Requesia tow came late didn't not end up getting my car towed. There crooks they have and open federal case right now that's goin on they're flat out thieves and prey on the poor. I know I've seen it first hand. And don't trust any other company they recommend you to. I think these positive reviews are fake because from experiences and others stays another thing..BE AWARE

My car broke down in San Francisco, Marvin was very quick to respond and very reliable. It didn't take him long to arrive and he hooked up the car very quickly and brought it to its destination. He was very friendly and his price was reasonable. He was very helpful in this stressful situation. I would definitely recommend this business, thx!

I am incredibly grateful to Bob and Atlantis Towing. My Tesla got 2 flats hitting a pothole on a busy road. Bob arrived promptly and helped me navigate getting the car to the Tesla service center. When we arrived, it was not clear where to drop off the car at the designated location. Many drivers would drop the car and call it good at this point, but not Bob. Bob stayed with me, was kind and patient while I received horrendous service from Tesla, gave helpful recommendations, and provided a pen and paper for me to leave a note to Tesla on the dashboard explaining what had happened. After all this, he waited with me to make sure my Uber picked me up safely. He communicated with his next pickup kindly to inform them that he was delayed as well, which was wonderful service and expectation setting. Bob, thank you for being an absolute gem and going above and beyond. You and Atlantis Towing have a fan for life!

I had a completely flat tire on my electric car, and Triple A sent Bob of Atlantis Towing. He was very careful not to damage the car as he was getting it hitched using pieces of wood to level the car. I enjoyed chatting with him in his truck taking my mind off the unfortunate incident. Once we got to the auto shop, and I was in line he came over to say goodbye before taking off, a little gesture, but I appreciated it since I wanted to thank him. It's such a pleasure to run into people who are so decent and kind. It gives you hope for humanity! Thank you, Bob.

Bob is one of the kindest people I have ever met. He was so helpful and so patient, especially during such a stressful time (post car accident), and was even concerned about my family's well being. He graciously waited in the rain while I dealt with my insurance, and waited even longer so that I could retrieve all of my belongings from my vehicle (at his suggestion). The world would be a better place if we were all like Bob.

Bob C. was awesome! Had a dead fuel pump on a hill and an after hours dead car. Bob got the car on the flat bed and got the car to my shop after hours and parked in a tight spot, despite being dead. Thanks Atlantis and Bob!
