“I am very happy I found this place. I had a specialized folded business card that was designed for me years ago by another company "X" and I was always able to reorder. However, starting 2 years ago, I had difficulty trying to contact them after leaving countless phone messages and emails from that company "X" I did get a hold of someone after trying to reach them for 2 months, and had them restock my letterhead. Then when I needed to restock my letterhead again, I called numerous times and left numerous emails, and never received any response from them. I went to another online printing company "V" to reproduce and print my letterhead. But when I contacted that company "V" to see if they reproduce my business card, sadly they said they do not do folded business cards. I tried again to reach the original company that designed my business card and finally reached a live person (after almost a year of trying). He told me company "X" had a complete personnel turnover and they got rid of most of the files of the previous clients. I then contacted AlphaGraphics after a search online and sent Jeff a sample of my business card. Jeff was very responsive and they were able to reproduce my folded business card. “Awesome service and amazing turnaround. Needed to have two plates ready and they got it done within the next day. Prices were reasonable, especially compared to other stores that did plate engravings. I will warn that parking is abysmal in this area so it's definitely hit or miss. I went during lunch time and fortunately there spots alokg the sides of the street. But otherwise service was fantastic and I will come here again for sure.”

I used them to run a courtesy copy of a court filing in color (so that the electronic highlighting came through) and hand-deliver it to the Alameda County Superior Court and they handled it within three hours. “If I could give these folks ten stars, I would! Before Covid my wife and I went here to buy office chairs. We are seniors with a lot of back and body issues so we knew this would be a challenging process. We had been to some other places but they tried to sell us on stuff that would not work for us, could not answer our questions and rushed us. What a totally opposite experience at Blaisdells! We were waited on by Adrienne Quitugua-Hervin and she gave us some of the best customer service we have ever experienced in any type of business. They had a great selection, but even more important was how knowledgeable Adrienne was and how patient she was with us. She was very familiar with all the chairs and gave us all the time we needed to check them out thoroughly. Part of my business is training people on customer service and Adrienne checked off all of the boxes of an award winning customer service representative of this company! She could train a lot of people in customer service! We bought chairs (at very reasonable prices) that needed to be customized a bit and then Covid hit. Being at very high risk, we did not have any deliveries inside of our house. Blaisdells understood our concerns and never pressured us to get the chairs. Eventually we had them delivered and put together on our porch where Adrienne helped set them up and showed us how everything worked. Even the delivery people were as polite and nice as could be! This is a big company that exemplifies the best of a small family business. My only complaint is that they don't sell every type of product we need!”

“Used Pyramid for a quick turnaround project to create sets of color-printed flashcards for a work offsite. Huimee was super responsive, easy to work with, and really fast. And we communicated solely by email! They gave me clear instructions about what they needed, sent me a proof online (where I found an error I had made in my copy and was able to fix it), then FedEx-d me a proof set of cards before running the whole job. I am very happy with the final product and will definitely be recommending them to anyone and everyone.”
“These guys are awesome. Mac helped me and was amazing through the whole process. I needed to do a small batch printing for which they needed to cast a die. Other printing places were offended by my request and were quite rude, but Mac was awesome and said it was no problem. He even tracked down a graphic designer for me at a reasonable rate.
