left with uneven semi bulky nails that you can clearly see are not applied right because they’re French tips. I also had to ask two separate workers to fix my thumb mail where the Gel X nail wasn’t applied smoothly to the cuticle and they gave me attitude and acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. The workers were also quite rude to me which honestly felt like a racial thing as they did not disrespect anyone else in the shop the way they did me. There is one lady in the shop who is very friendly but besides her I felt really unwelcomed. For some reason the first Lady who worked on my nails also didn’t like the pink I chose and told me “don’t tell me anything if you don’t like it”… the pedicure I received looked good but was not very sanitary. I guess you get what you pay for.

I found this shop by word of mouth. After having been to 3 other shops and being disappointed I decided to give this shop a chance.I finally found a nail shop that actually applied enough polish so it doesn't chip. They even pulled out an ingrown toenail. It hurt but it would have been worse if I had to go see a doctor for it.I wasn't disappointed this time. It last 6 weeks!! I am very pleased that I finally found somewhere that actually cares about their customers and not the almighty dollar!! I WILL be coming back!!

Wow. Idk why I overlooked this place. I usually call before coming in bc they truly get super busy and I totally understand why! PRO-TIP: always call to make an appointment! These ladies are usually booked by a ton of regulars and I get it! They may not be a super fancy salon, however the pricing and quality is truly unbeatable! Hannah is amazing at what she does and will truly let you know what looks good and what doesn't. The entire staff is kind and always happy to make fun conversation while you're there! Will def be coming in more often to support this local shop! My last 2 Gel-X manicures were ~$50! They take care, but def tip your nail tech's in cash for all the hard work they do! :)

When you first walk it it's kind of jarring. It looks less ideal for a nail salon BUT LOOKS ARE DECEIVING. Everyone is super friendly and the workers are very nice. To the person or people who might come in and say: oh the workers are rude, I did not get that impression at all. They have an accent that might sound aggressive and are straight forward, because this is a business and things need to get running. I do not speak the language they were speaking (which was probably thai??) but they started talking to each other while doing my nails and then my nail technician told me what they were talking about - which was very nice of her. She didn't have to but I thought that was very inclusive of her to do. I made an appointment for Saturday at 1pm and when we went in, we were instructed to wash our hands and pick our colors from the colors they had on a ring. We only had to wait about 5 minutes after our appointment time for us to get started. Each of their workers were busy/had customers. Pedi: Consistent of soaking your feet in warm water, cuticle care, washing your feet, filing(?) your foot "let's see how ticklish you are!", and a quick hot stone massage. I got regular nail polish for my pedi but my friend got a gel pedi. Don't worry too much about the drying process as they have a warm air/heater where you can put your feet in to dry the polish faster (they will also do this with your hand as well if you do not choose gel). The coloring and shaping of my feet was great. I just chose a simple color and I have never gotten the cuticles on my toes trimmed. It was not painful, not really ticklish, and was overall a great experience. Mani: I decided not to go with gel here. Which I am aware is unusual, I like to paint and decorate my nails weekly myself so honestly, going out to have them done doesn't really do much. I was looking into designs that I would not be able to do myself but was informed that if I wanted to do a design, I would have to do gel, since regular polish takes too long to dry to be doing layers for designs. I understood that and so I just went with a plain color - which I'm not mad about. I rarely just do a solid color (I did two colors) and I came back to appreciating the simplicity of it. There's a few things to note, I got kind of impatient with the drying and went into my purse to dig for cash until I realized that I wasn't careful enough and I dented like two fingers lol. I also noticed that they didn't cap my nails off, so you can kind of see the tips of the white of my nails after about a day or two. In all honesty, doing a regular mani with no gel isn't really worth it, especially for me since I have all the tools really at home. But I really came for the experience and the nail care. I love the shape they turned out to be and the length (I went in with decently long nails already). So am I paying for the color? Yes but I am more so paying for the nail refresh. Payment: For a regular mani and pedi, it's $50. I believe they take credit card (I think I saw some people pay with credit card) but I believe cash is preferred. I later gave my cash and tip to my nail technician later (as my fingernails took longer to dry).

They did a great job, they take their time when working on your nails. This was my second time going there. I totally would recommend their services.

First off one of the ladies sound very rude as soon as you walk in. This place was a bit dirty for a nail salon. I came across this place on yelp after reading the reviews and thought it seemed pretty decent. The prices were pretty reasonable. Gel manicure $30 + gel pedicure $35. Made an appointment and once I got there I had to wait another 30 minutes. Wow!! What's the point of making an appointment??!! I picked this place thinking it was good. Turns out I paid for gel manicure that looked so horrible! When I mentioned to Sara about my nails she said if she painted higher it's on my skin. Obviously you can see it was not painted evenly. This did not make any sense. Never going back!!!

I go to Pro Nails for my pedi and mani every 2-3 weeks. The staffs are outstanding, always greet me warmly. Lynn and Sarah are highly skilled and knowledgeable. They execute the nails design perfectly every time. They rock!!

My 2nd time at this salon and both times I left feeling like the experience/service was mediocre. I came the first time feeling like it was mediocre but wanted to give this place a 2nd chance because of the 4.5 star reviews. Yes, prices are really good and affordable but after both experiences, I actually much rather pay a higher price to a salon that is cleaner and does a much better job! I have nothing against the salon being small and feeling "homey" and "basic" but the lack of cleanliness of the whole place, materials, chairs, tables as well as customer service alone was enough to drive me out of there. They knicked both my big toes because of the half-bad job they did to clear out dead skin. They basically pulled the skin off like a strip instead of clipping them off bit by bit. Seeing them do that, I knew my fresh skin was going to get pulled off with it and it did- hurt a ton by the way. After they realized they pulled fresh skin, the tech put 2 drops of this blue solution which I'm assuming it's a first aid solution of some sort. Given my health condition is currently sensitive to different types of meds and seeing the cleanliness is questionable, I actually emailed my doctor while at the salon to make sure I'm not at risk of an infection or other issues. An elder gentleman was sitting next to me getting a pedi and he also expressed pain and bleeding on multiple occasions. He was saying things like "that hurt, I'm going to need a different tech to finish up my pedi because you're killing me, I think I might need to talk to my doctor" At first, I thought he was being jokingly sarcastic but after seeing his body language and physically flinching at the touch of every toe, yeah I didn't think he was joking. The tech however was just laughing and playing it off like he was being overdramatic. After the service, he actually expected her to comp the pedi because of the pain. When she laughed again, he basically rolled his eyes and paid what was due. He walked away saying, "if I get an infection or medical bill, you're paying for it" After witnessing that, I 100% will not be coming back to this salon.

I've been here twice! 1st time was a 5 star experience and 2nd time was closer to 3 stars. The prices were updated in between my 1st and 2nd time. I paid about $35 for a gel manicure with cute designs and then $50 for a regular mani pedi. The 1st time the person took her time and made sure my nails were shaped nicely and everything went great. I was shocked by how affordable it was and it lasted a super long time. The 2nd time, a different person rushed quite a bit even though I had an appointment. The result was good but I was surprised about the price increase. I should have asked before coming but it was more than expected and chipped quickly. Overall still a solid place to get your nails done but to me, it wasn't worth the trek to come back again since I live a bit far.

Cheap and decent but didn't come out loving my gel manicure. Both the color and design were different from what I picked. Designs were so thick and not tapered. Nail shapes were inconsistent. Could be that I had a new nail tech? It's still cute-- I might just be picky. Would go back for plain manicures w/o designs.

This is my go-to nail spot. I've had so many compliments on my nails since I've been going here. They do such a good job and their prices are very fair. Bring cash for them because they prefer that but they will not disappoint!
