I live in LA BUT the team at The Auto Paddock made it so easy and seamless from the moment I contacted them about the car. They were also able to take the car for a PPI of my choice. They updated me as it went regarding the car. (Drop off & pick up for PPI, and any issues the car had and when the fix would be done)
They were also very accommodating when I arrived to SFO and came to their store, paperwork was ready to go, I was on my way within 30mins. No hassle no games . The best! Thank You so much !

Bad experience with this place -- wouldn't recommend. Drove two hours for an appointment to try a car that, upon arrival, was in the shop and wouldn't start because it turns out they were hastily repairing it the night before. Waste of time + little respect.

Holy wow, an honest toy shop! I'm always in the market for a rare Corvette. Maddie was enthusiastic, open, and thoroughly knowledgeable about the car, its quirks, and significance. While I did not end up buying, I will be keeping a VERY close eye on your inventory. Honesty is hard to come by in this day and age, and these guys practice it well. Happy to have found y'all! Can't wait until my next visit.

TLDR; The reviews don’t lie, Tony and Sheldon really go above and beyond to answer questions about their cars, with excellent customer care before and after purchase.
Now onto the lengthy bit, new (and used) car dealerships in America are generally described as slimy, pushy, unsavory places to be. You would constantly be on the lookout for any scams the salesman or finance guy would try to pull, things like hidden fees, or garbage products that are stuck to the car with no opportunity to remove them, essentially forcing you to purchase it. You may also run into the snobbish attitude and uninviting atmosphere when you step into a dealership.
I believe most car shoppers have seen this type of behavior from at least one dealer in their search.
Not so with auto paddock. From the first conversation over the phone, they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond, reaching out to the previous owner to get answers about the car’s mods and maintenance. They are also quick over text, I never felt that my inquiries went unaddressed, with responses within 30 minutes. They did not waste my time with the paperwork either, I simply arranged for a time to come in, signed off, drove off. No warranties to push, no garbage to sell. No unnecessary haggling to remove garbage fees.
Even after purchasing the car, they’ll still look out for you if there were any issues that they missed. Tony stands behind any vehicle he sells and does what he can to help if issues arise.
I would definitely recommend a friend to purchase a car from The Auto Paddock.
*(the previous owner was a friend of the dealer, not every car in their lot would have an easily accessible previous owner to bombard with questions, so ymmv.)*

This has been the best dealership experience I’ve had. Purchasing a used car can be daunting but Tony and Sheldon made the experience as easy as possible. I drove over 6 hours to pickup and trade in a car. It was well worth it. Since the beginning Tony and Sheldon were respectful, communicative and transparent. I will definitely consider making future car purchases with them.

When I first walked into this dealership I was taken aback at just how honest and transparent these people are. I have been in the car business and can attest that this is the most up front and honest dealership I have ever been to. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with this dealership!
