on a random day, i was just looking online for the van i've wanted for a couple years now and saw that this dealership just listed one for sale with the exact specs i wanted. i wasnt planning on getting a new van but i got excited and called them right away and confirmed that the online price is accurate and that it is available and no BS, Mike said yes and yes. took me a couple days to decide but they have been very helpful, available and responsive which i appreciated. they gave me excellent customer service even when i was hesitant in buying, i was treated the same. i will bring business to this dealership when i can. thats how satisfied i am. i ordered the van over the phone and they delivered it to me the next day. they are very flexible with their delivery and im very happy from step 1 til now that ive been driving my van for a few days. the only complete best dealership experience ive had.

We were very happy with our experience at Vreeland Ford. They completed the purchase over the phone and we were able to accept delivery and turn over our car without visitng the dealership. (We had previously driven the car we wanted). They were professional and extremely helpful throughout the process. They found the exact model and color we wanted.

What a great experience! How many people can say that about buying a vehicle from a dealership? I had been searching for a new to me truck for months and found exactly what I wanted at Jim Vreeland Ford. About 2.5 hours away, I called first to make sure the truck was in stock. I essentially bought it over the phone. A couple of days later the truck was delivered to my house! Thank you to Alice and the drivers that dropped it off. I would highly recommend Jim Vreeland Ford for anyone that wants the smoothest vehicle buying experience with excellent customer service.
