Loved it all. From the friendly greeting to driving my new truck home the same day. Travis was very knowledgeable and easy going and answered all our questions and showed us options available on other similar vehicles. He was able to provide us with all the finance options, fees and trade in options without trying to sell us something we didn’t need or want. He then introduced us to Thomas the finance/contract guy who went over every detail of the contract to assure us we were in agreement on everything that we were signing for. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to give Vreeland Ford a visit.

Diana our sales representative and Michael the President of the dealership, were very kind, helpful, and professional in helping us pick out a car that best suited our needs and budget. We drove away in a brand new Bronco, and we are very happy with our experience at Jim Vreeland Ford. The service center is much better than the one where we bought our vehicle and tried to get many issues fixed. At this dealership, they listened to us and are finding fixes to the problems. The staff are very helpful and courteous

12 days after total cash purchase and signed agreement, Vreeland calls to say we owe more because their paperwork was wrong and if we don't pay they won't submit our DMV info. They ensure we can't get title

The customer service in the service department went from decent to down hill fast. My truck an f150 lightning was in for basic service as well as a few recall items. Once the parts came in they replaced them i however once i left i found that my charging adaptor was missing from my belongings and my truck would now not charge on a fast charger and at only half its normal rate on the slow chargers. When i brought the truck back in a few days later when they where able to schedule it in i asked about the adaptor and if it happened to have been left in the shop when they had to move my belongings. The responce i got was there are no thieves working here and from that point on i was treated with disrespect every time i called or went in. They finally put me into a rental vehicle however do to a medical issue with my back and leg i had a lot of trouble driving it. There response was we can upgrade you from a small compact suv to a midsize suv but you will need to pay the difference even though it clearly states in my warrenty i am to get comprable vehicle to what i drive. I ended up spending over 10hrs on the phone with ford motor who they refered me to for authorization to upgrade. The whole time getting told that the dealership was the only one that could approve an upgrade however they should be putting you in something comparable to what you drive. This finally got resolved and they offered me a step up from what they gave me however they said i no longer qualified for a rental because the repair was completed but my truck would still not charge on a fast charger. However until they figured out the next step they would not cover a rental but i could take my truck back in the meantime whike they where trying to figure it out because technically its still drivable as long as i slow charge. Mind you i have a special needs child. I spent 3 days going back and forth in a rental vehicle that caused me extreme pain as well as dizziness and nausea to children hospital los angles for drs appointments during that time. It never failed that the return calls from the supervisors at ford motor always came when i was getting my son into the appointments however you have to take the call because it takes up to 24hrs to get a return call and 2-3 hrs just to get a rep to escalate the call to a supervisor. Needless to say i took my truck and will not be bringing it back to them ever nor would i ever refer someone to them not even my worst enemy.

Working with the sals staff at Jim Vreeland Ford was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. I ordered a 2023 Maverick Hybrid XLT with Lux package in September if 2022 as everyone knows it takes about a year to get a hybrid. But I finally got just over a year and it is everything I’ve wanted. I would highly recommend Jim Vreeland Ford in Buellton, CA

I have an active case with Ford Corporate #CAS44989784 Customer Service Department over a Ford Lightning I ordered through Orchid Houston on 5/22/21. I also deposited an additional $500 on 1/4/23. I had thought about cancelling my order but Orchid asked me to please not cancel the order as they are a small dealership and needed every Lightning they could get. On multiple occasions Orchid Houston assured me they would get $10-15k over sticker and would split the proceeds with me. I agreed.The Lightning arrived and no one notified me. I found out on my own though their website. They sold the Lightning and again I was not notified. I called a total of 8 times with not one return call. I finally called Ford Corporate and the rep who helped me told me she had been doing this for 3 years with 25-35 calls a day and had never heard of this duplicitous situation with a dealer.Ford Corporate forced Dealership Owner Michael Gambonian to return my deposit checks otherwise Vreeland Ford would have kept that too. All I am asking for is to be treated like a human being and this has been the worst retail experience I can imagine.Ford has their hands tied but is very unhappy with Vreeland Ford. I have been advised to hire an attorney and enforce my verbal contract via civil court. Run! Don't walk away from this stealership!!

I’ve been to other Ford dealerships in California, Arizona and Virginia, but Jim Vreeland Ford is the best in the country! Mike and John have been helping me for 9 years and have always got what I needed. Travis and Thomas (and Mike) were also great in helping me trade in my Escape for an Edge!
