Matt spent a significant amount of time today looking for a package that went to Hawaii via USPS. He called me three times to update me and went out of his way to help us out. Customer service was AMAZING. I’m so thankful.

Great store, great staff, Mat, the NEW owner is super helpful and gives you all the price options to ship your package giving you the best price possible. They have personal mailboxes, packing material. boxes, etc. Mat is a notary which is great to know. They ship anywhere in the world and even can ship your wine. They are open 6 days a week, from 9-6. (closed on Sundays). Stop in and look around the store, speak to Mat and I'm sure you will agree, POSTAL ANNEX is the best for all your postal needs

Unpleasant man processed my transaction. Nasty crack and attitude matched. The store is a mess and I wouldn't vouch for the cleanliness.

My son is in the Navy and I needed to ship his large, heavy and expensive computer across the country to where he is stationed. I brought it in to Matt at Postal Annex and he made it very easy! I left it with him while he sized it up & weighed it. He called me pretty quickly with the available options. He packed it securely and shipped it off for me. I had been dreading trying to figure out how to pack that thing! The fee Postal Annex charged for packing was probably much less than I would have spent on packing materials and I'm certain Matt did a much better job than I would have. I would definitely recommend Postal Annex in Buellton!

This is my go to location for all shipping needs. Local family owned business always going above and beyond for our frequent mailing needs. I trust the owners expertise and he always directs me down the best path for my needs. He is also a notary which has allowed for a lot of my errands to turn into one-stop-shops. Consider supporting this father daughter duo the next time you have any shipping needs!
