There's a pump at this station that's been beeping intermittently for at least a week now. I'm beginning to suspect that it has gained sentience and is crying out in morse code.

The gas is fine.
Air machine is broken and actually drained my psi instead of filling my tires up. The air pump across the street at Conserv was free and worked like a charm.
When I tried to get a refund for the air purchase ($2.50) I was rudely told that I shouldn't have received any help from the car wash attendant with the air (What help? He did exactly what I had been doing. The air pump was broken,) and that Shell doesn't own the air pump, so they couldn't give me a refund.
That's fine. But until the air pump gets a google page of its own, this review is going to the Shell store for the awful customer service and the lack of responsibility they take by having a faulty machine charging people for a service that it does not provide. Put a sign on it or something if it doesn't work. Don't keep sending me out to get more when it's actively draining my tires. It's seriously dangerous, especially on older cars that don't explicitly tell you when you're low on psi.

This is the go to location for top tier gas in the area. Always lower than Lompoc and Santa Maria…even lower than Vandenberg SFB!

Workers here look miserable and there's barely enough space to pull up with a truck and trailer. And diesel prices were high. The squeegees were terrible barely cleaned my windows.

This gas station is horrible. The squeegees look like they're 15 years old.. it's hard to get in and out of there's barely any room. There was a lady outside cleaning up things and she had a nasty look on her face.. if you're coming to fuel up from a long day on the road I was just going down the street this is not the spot for you

Ive been getting gas at the Shell station every morning for at least 15 years. I spend approximately $60 a day there in fuel, coffee, etc. That's approximately $15,000 a year. The other day I accidentally forgot to pump my gas, pulled out of the driveway, pulled right back in and approached the attendant, and he told me not to worry that my purchase has been canceled. I then purchased another $60 of gas and drove off to work. I then received a notification on my email that it had not been canceled and somebody else had gotten the gas for free. Both purchases were literally within under three minutes of each other and I literally watched the guy pump what should've been my fuel but took the attendants word for it.After approaching the manager he explained to me that he would not be reimbursing my gas.He basically accuse me of being dishonest and told me because I pulled away from the pump he cannot help me. never addressing what his attendant had already said.Definitely not somewhere that you want to patron to and be a loyal customer. Miguel is a bad manager. That is an extremely poor business decision considering you just lost $15,000 + a year over a $50 transaction. Gas across the street is cheaper and has better coffee anyway with less of a line.

Always a decent stop - cheapest "good" gas around, clean restrooms (although they have a pain in the butt code to get in (197) and a well stocked store.

When passing through town and getting gas, on occasion, we have run our car through the car wash. It is very quick and requires little drying by hand afterwards. When we have trouble with the payment machine, there is an attendant to quickly come and assist us. We recommend this car wash.
