Had a great and fast experience when upgrading phones. The employees were so kind and friendly. I’ve had a bad experience from another t mobile but once I came to this location Philip was so great and helpful.

Hello my name is Lonnie Tevis and i recently came into the T-Mobile in Buellton CA and I got help there getting a account at T-Mobile. No other place would help me open account I tried online and never got one. But I went to Buellton and Ryan helped me and i am forever grateful for him. He did not judge me and he helped me all the way past the time they closed. I felt like i was being treated like family he take his time with me and because i struggle with more things then normal person i usually get bad service but not Ryan he is tremendous and i thank god that i was able to meet him. He told me if i need help ever I can call him.thank you Ryan

If you have not received good customer service in a while then I suggest you make your way into TMobile in Buellton. My brother recently sent me a new phone and I needed to have my sim card switched into new device and my stuff all transferred over. Now I know the employees there get commission so when a transaction doesn't involve any money I have encountered bad service from time to time at other locations but that was not the case here. I was greeted and welcomed in with an amazing smile and hello by a young man named Ryan. He took his time with me and made sure that everything was transferred to my new phone. I had forgotten my Gmail passwords and didn't know about backing up things and Ryan enlightened me in those areas, I left knowing so much more about phones and that was thanks to Ryan. I will never go to another T-Mobile store again, I live in Lompoc and will make the 20 minute drive to Buellton whenever I need anything all for the simple fact that I genuinely feel like they care about their customers. Thanks again Ryan and the rest of the Buellton team.

I've been a T-Mobile customer now for close to 12 years and have been to many different store locations, I came in today to the Buellton store and was helped by a gentleman named Ryan. By far my best in-store experience yet. He was so helpful and upon entering the store he greeted me with a smile and handshake, very professional. I was having issues with my iphone and Ryan took his time and was very thorough in helping me with my issue. I would recommend the Buellton location if you ever need to go into a T-Mobile store. I will definitely be back. Just when I thought good customer service didn't exist anymore, Ryan changed my perspective on that. Thanks again!!

I came into T-Mobile here in Buellton and was greeted with a handshake and warm welcome by a gentleman named Ryan. By far the best T-Mobile experience I have had and Ive been with this company for over 12 years. I had a issue with my phone and Ryan took his time with me and was thorough in helping me solve my issue. I can tell you that I didn't receive the same customer service when visiting other T-Mobile stores as of late and I was honestly thinking of switching services. After my experience here today I can tell you I will be keeping my service with TMobile. Would recommend this store to everyone. Thanks again !

Need to be a zombie to communicate with these people. Cannot and will not answer simple questions…. The only way you can do business with these people is if you allow them to lead you around and force feed you.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Went in to looking into getting an iPad but had to pull teeth to get any ounce of information. Dude who wasn't even helping me kept chiming in with snarky remarks. Then on the way out scoffed because I didn't get anything. Horrible customer service.
