The asian Old guy cashier is very rude..I ask him nicely if I can use the restroom while waiting for my car and he answer me with attitude.He did this to me 4x already 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

I’ve been going to Tom’s market for a good eight years is my number one pick for fuel. But the last few months every time I use my debit card or if I try to tap at the pump, it always says see cashier. My issue is disabled. I have all I can do is just pump the gas so I’m forced to go somewhere else. I don’t understand why never have a problem anywhere else . Nobody answered his phone

Horrible customer service. Don't go here when there are plenty of other low priced gas stations with in.5 miles. The pay at the pump didn't work either with tap or slide function at the pump. It said see cashier. It's about 95° out. I walked all the way over and luckily didn't have to wait long for what turned out to be very rude cashier. I asked why didn't it work at the pump? He said "i don't know". I said that's strange you can't give me an idea. He said "i don't know". But he never said sorry for the inconvenience, not once. I took the receipt from him without thanking him. Then he actually said: "Don't complain" shaking his head. Absolutely no customer service. Don't go here.

Debit is the same as cash price! This is phenomenal. Most stations don't do that

Cheapest gas compared to the stations in the surrounding area (like 15 -20 cents) that I’ve noticed and the attendant inside was a kind helpful gentleman :) clean bathrooms inside too

Merch 13th 2024 7pm. The worst experience.Honestly the girl working nights here has to go.Tom must be desperate to keep this girl on so long. The 3rd time tonight I received the most unprofessional, attitude. Completely lacking in any type of customer service. I will not stop here again Tom. This is the same girl that works at the Wells Fargo inside Albertsons. Makes me wonder what kind of service her clients there are receiving. No bueno Tom. Not sure if it's my gender or skin color but she is just a miserable person.

I work in the area and Tom's almost always has the best gas prices within 45 miles and by a good amount too. Bathrooms are clean and the pumps have always worked fine for me. I stop here weekly usually.

I live in another town but work in Solvang. Tom's Has the cheapest gas in buellton. The owner is very nice and welcoming. Inside the store they have a little of everything. They even sell some clothing products.
