GABRIEL at Verizon is the absolute best!! He is so skilled…so intuitive. He is also the consummate gentleman who demonstrates a kind, unhurried professionalism. He fully embodies to core ethics of “Verizon” and truly made the experience of buying my mother’s new iPhone, a pleasant one. I walked into this store and none of the employees acknowledged me. I waited for 20 min and still nobody said a word. Worst customer service ever. I will be transferring my service to T-Mobile.
Don’t expect any type of customer service here!

The staff was very informative and very kind. There was a man and girl working and I can’t say enough good things about either. It’s rare to have exceptional customer service these days and that’s exactly what I received.

Bryce was very professional and helpful. I appreciate him making the experience a good one. I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S24+, with a Pelican cover/screen and camera protectors. Customers were coming in and I could see he has awesome relationships with them as well. Top notch service for sure.

Nice guys trying to be helpful but not sure why they don’t disclose that “free iPad and watch” is not free, it requires a 36 month commitment to cellular service. Take the time and read the fine print, free is never free, that’s on me but would be nice to be informed of all the details before committing

Somehow, this store activated my phone's upgrade (which I had setup online, just needed to pick it up) without actually having the NEW PHONE. I had to call Verizon support to see what the issue was, and the helpers had no idea how the store staff could claim they didn't have the phone, since it had been initiated on their end. The store staff were nice, but very unhelpful and extremely slow; one clerk even told another customer to NOT go to the Santa Maria store, which is ridiculous since that is the nearest corporate store and can help with nearly anything. I had to have Verizon support cancel my upgrade so I could go somewhere else to have it done. Overall very disappointed as it's just near my work and it would have been so handy, now I have to drive to Santa Maria, which I should have done in the first place.
