Whether it's addressing issues or answering questions, Joann, Chris, and Alan form an outstanding team. They efficiently handled a situation that had me stressed, providing a solution. Helpful & Friendly Staff! I wasn't quite sure what size unit I needed, however, thanks to Joanne and Chris, they were able to assist me in picking out the right one. Both very friendly and informative!

Great facility. Clean and well-maintained. Particularly, excellent customer service! Jo Ann was so friendly, kind and professional, went beyond and above. She explained everything thoroughly in detail and gave us a good tour. Though the units with drive-up access were not available, I will definitely come back the next time I need a storage. Highly recommended!

Great customer service by Eric! He was super helpful in answering all my questions. He was able to process everything for me over the phone, making it a much easier process.I would highly recommend, simply for the great customer service provided.

My first time winning an auction storage unit and it was in this storage. Didn't know what to expect or do. Eric called me the day after auction ended. Went to the storage building and met Eric. Eric was really really really nice and very very very helpful on what to do. Guided me to all the paper works and what I needed to do. Then he walked me to the unit. Came back the following day and Eric was still very helpful. From start to finish Eric was outstanding, always a smile his face, always ready to help and answered every question I had. Compared to other storage facility I been to this one is the cleanest. Next time I need a storage unit I will definitely go here. Thank You again ERIC !!!

I am a believer! Lol. I picked this location because of all it's great reviews and when I tell you they didn't disappoint, whew! The staf here is so awesome!!! I had the pleasure of meeting Eric today and he is everything the reviews said and then some! He was knowledgeable and so kind and accommodating. You could really tell he takes pride in his work and I just loved that because it made my day better! Thank you so much Eric!!! You're amazing!!!

This is a storage place that I feel is clean and very nice I highly recommend! The person who is really nice I have to say is Erik very professional and very accommodating to my needs! They also have boxes, Couch and Mattress covers HELPS! Great guy!!Thank you Erik you are awesome!!!
