Since moving to the new location, the store is cleaner and more organized, making it easier to shop. The prices are reasonable and there are frequent sales. I can order online, and they accept phone calls, emails, Kakao talk, and walk-ins, so it's always convenient.

Extremely careless and rude service. We ordered a thermometer that is not working and they won't take it back because they don't believe us and when we talked to the "manager" he (Carl) hang up on us.

Got scammed with masks.I purchased two boxes of KN95 masks (20 masks total) and two bottles of hand sanitizer gel. When the box arrived, no masks were there but there were sanitizing wipes that I didn't order. I called customer service and they told me they would send the masks out and a packing slip and I would have to send wipes back. I got the second box and there were only 10 masks, not 20 and they were not in a box, many of the masks were already opened. So I paid $100 for 1/2 my order of non-sterile masks. When I spoke to Carl, he said they couldn't control all their distributors and said I was unreasonable for being upset and for wanting sterile masks. They're claiming they'll give me my money back. This is terrible customer service. I'll never order from this company again. Be aware of these over priced non-sterile masks that you may never actually receive.

The staff were outstanding, they were nice and friendly. I loved the way they treated me, this the kind of staff we are talking about. The products, are also very great there. It is definitely top of the level. The products give me what I need and when I need it. I would love to come back here again, whenever I need something that is acupuncture related.

I bought a set of cups from AcuDepot a while back; they are poorly-constructed pieces of plastic garbage. They crack easily, fall off even with oil to help them stick, certain cups need 10 pumps to achieve full suction, and often the mechanism that connects the cup to the pump either doesn't work or just falls apart (I just posted a picture of that under "photos," but I don't know if AcuDepot has the power to remove that or not). Nevertheless, I already had the pump to fit their product, so I placed yet another order for replacement cups, and encountered some of the most shockingly egregious and underhanded customer service I've ever seen, which is mostly what led me to write this review. Confusingly, AcuDepot labels cups on their website by number (1-5) instead of by actual size. But a chart is available to convert from number to measurement. So I placed an order for multiple replacement plastic cups in #1, #4 and #5 sizes. When they arrived, however, it turned out I had ordered the *wrong* #1, #4, and #5 plastic cupping cups. Apparently there are two different types, even though I could not tell from the website which replacement was correct, that there was even a wrong one at all, and that the wrong one would not fit AcuDepot's pump for the other type. I contacted customer service, expecting that they would acknowledge the confusion on their website and send me the correct product, and charge or refund the difference accordingly. But instead of checking the order themselves to see why the cups I ordered weren't working, they instead insisted that I open one of the bags and take a picture. They would later charge me for that bag being opened, because it "was not resalable condition." In other words, they tricked me out of my full refund for the product. But I get ahead of myself. They told me that I would have to ship the cups back for a refund. That's fine, it's standard operating procedure. But when I asked them to pay for return shipping, they refused, insisting that this was my responsibility. Because the customer is always wrong. It was very expensive to ship the items back, but I figured it would still be worth it since the refund I'd get for the cups and initial shipping fees would exceed that amount. Only they didn't refund the initial shipping fees, either (never once mentioning that as we haggled over return-shipping fees by email). And as mentioned, they charged me for opening the bag that they forced me to open. So at the end of the day, I spent twice as much on shipping alone than I got in my entire refund. Meanwhile they got back many unopened bags of cups that they now get to sell again to some other poor consumer. Congratulations, AcuDepot - you pulled off a very impressive con. Your actions were extraordinarily greedy and unethical (to anyone, let alone a return customer). I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future, and I hope this review prevents you from doing this to anyone else.

I've bought my first needles here. Best acupuncture store in town. Fair price and awesome customer services. I would def. come back for more.
