Customer service and service technicians are top notch!Christine T just walked me through an issue I was having with my Prestige R2. I was so concerned over the problem and she gave me easy step-by-step instructions to follow, along with videos. I was so relieved to have my printer back up and running in the course of an hour and it felt amazing that she shared my excitement too. So thankful for the folks at All American- they truly care!

I was apprehensive about purchasing this software, but after investing so much already, I decided to give it a try, what was the most I could lose??After purchasing, I received my license code 1-2 days later ( I purchased it after business hours) and immediately contacted someone, as I had issues downloading.After being connected with Geraldine, she provided top notch service. She and I spent a total of 3 days on the phone and she was so kind and patient in making sure I was up and running.She's an asset to All American and you should be proud to have her on your team.
