I've visited this Bank of America location for last 10 years or so. Mostly for deposits and I always feel that line is unnecessarily long. The staff don't care much about the long line. I noticed that line does not motivate staffs to work harder. Staffs are slow and they chat a lot even when the line is so long. I used to spend 40 minutes in line for a deposit in average. Now I generally wait about 10-20mins in line because I try not to go during busy lunch hour. The Bank of America staffs don't make customers welcomed. I don't see anyone greeting customers and this is how it's been for years. This location definitely need some improvement with customer service. Security guard always say hi, but no one else there really don't take customer service as priority. Hopefully they'll improve until I update my review next time.

I dislike entering Bank of America branches because it usually takes so very long to be helped. Actually went to another B of A location, but they were closed weekends. Searched the web and found that this location was open on Saturdays. Drove in to find they have a good sized parking lot. Security on site to make sure everyone was safe and sound. All pluses in my book. As expected, there was a long line of customers. To my surprise, though, there were 3 tellers on duty to assist their customers. From what I noticed, all 3 of them had good customer service. Overall, it was a nice experience. I'd return if needed.

Extremely disappointed with the long wait times here. Not just the lack of tellers but more importantly the lack of a merchant teller. This area is loaded with business's and not having a dedicated line for them is unacceptable. Other financial institutions will have management jump on a line and start helping around lunch or at a long wait times. It wasn't until multiple people left and multiple people complained that anyone even came to do a line check. Are you as a company doing ok?

Super long wait time. Two tellers at the most on a good day. Not the employees fault. Be nice. It's corporate.

Ok....what supercedes everything is the fact that the atm spits out larger bills. I really like that.

Horrible customer service ... tried to transfer money to a different bank and they said I have to call customer service .. because there busy and can't help me but the guy was honestly not doing anything but sitting down... and I said really you can't get anyone to help me he said nope... look for a different branch...

I went to the Bank of America on Harbor Boulevard and Orangethorpe in Fullerton. Was not a good experience. Besides waiting in line for forty minutes, with one teller working, and watching several other tellers roaming around the bank. They wanted to charge me over 8 dollars each, to cash 5 Bank of America checks. Are you kidding me??? Is it even legal to charge to cash checks that the bank printed themselves??? Now I know why I don't have an account at BofA. And won't.

Took money out my bank and they wouldn't let me use the restroom and they were all rude!! Nice job BOA I asked him how they sent to the bath room and the rep said a smart remark. Closing my account who doesn't provide restrooms for their customers

Not enough staff and insane wait times. Some of the managers probably don't do anything to help the lines.
