Their serices are worst ever. I have very bad experience with front desk when I proceed with a monet transfer. The guy teller at a front desk is inconsistant with other teller and embarrassed me with a different instruction requesting additional information than others. They made me back and forth 3 times. He has bad attitude and speaks bluntly with no smile and made me upset. This Korean bank needs to improve custormer satisfaction with friendly attitude to offer customer service if you want to retain customers and grow your business. I'll pull out my deposit and saving accounts from this bank and tranfer to American Bank. I am not satisfied.
