Bait & switch. They'll lead you to Car Castle in Fullerton. If you want to save your energy & get a better deal, go to Carmax Buena Park.

Customer service was good, but they could work a little more on their professionalism. I'll tell you this, make sure you do your own research before coming here. You have to know your stuff in order to not get worked. Thank God for my husband that I know more about loans and credit than I let on.

This place was amazing! Sam was so helpful and made the process stress free for me. They even let me take the car to my dad, who's a mechanic, to check it out. This place was amazing and the prices were fair. Would definitely recommend!!

Be careful with these bait and switch a** wipes. The act d*** as if they have the car you want and then try to sell you something else. I found a add on the internet for a vehicle I have been looking for. I made contact and expressed my interest. I called and let them know I will be by the next day to see the vehicle. They agreed and said nothing else. I drove over 200 miles cash in hand. When I get there they take me out to the lot as directing me to the vehicle. When they start inspecting other vehicle. I let them know what vehicle when he turn with his d*** look on his face and said he sold the vehicle I was intrested 2 days ago. What pieces of I'll leave it up to you.

Yea they are awesome at working with you to get a car. But the car ends up being a piece of s*** and the finiance company is ridiculous. Never had these problems with capital one finance. Be aware. Stay away. Not worth the trouble hassle or headache.

Zero stars. Avoid at all costs. Manager is very rude and hung up on me after I told him that I would not purchase the car without having my mechanic look at it. Unreal. Shady outfit for sure

If I could give 0 stars I would, I purchased my 2005 Lexus rx 330 on february 15, 2019, a week goes by since I've bought the car, and I noticed there was a burning smell of oil, so my boyfriend took it in to the dealership and they said oh it just doesn't have any oil we'll change the oil for free this time since it is under a 30 day warranty, they changed the oil. After that I started to smell the oil burning again and my boyfriend calls sammy and tells him again were smelling burning oil he says oh its because we changed the oil give it some time it will go away. well another couple weeks go by oils still burning and now my car is making a whinding loud airplane noise, and it does not want to shift, by this time it has been 4 weeks since I bought the car, I took the car back and tell them the smell has not gone away and now the car is making a loud noise and not shifting or allowing the gas to go past 40 mph. I take it to jiffy lube they run the computer machine to figure out the problem and it shows that there is the differential leak in the rear and the oil gaskets are also leaking they said to take it back to the dealership. I took it to the dealership immediately and told them I bought this car less than 6 weeks ago and it's had all these problems. Sammi assured me they will fix it. The next day they call and say the car is ready it was only a gasket leak we fixed the problem, so I pick it up I drive the car off the lot and I can still smell burning, the noise is still there, and the gas won't shift, I immediately take the car back and tell them the problem was not fixed they put me and my child in an unsafe car, they apologized and promised to get it fixed and order the part in 2-3 days, a week goes by no call no status. I go to check on my vehicle and the guy says its ready and starts arguing with me that this was not there problem it is my fault because of mileage driven, i said these were problems the car had and you sold me a lemon. I want to trust your business and have a safe car. I want this fraudulent unprofessional scamming business selling lemons to poor people who pay a lot of money for a reliable car and then get screwed and they don't follow CA laws and even give a full diagnostic report of services done to the vehicle for documentation purposes. They need to be shut down, this business is scamming a lot of people and selling unsafe lemon cars and are getting away with it, stealing poor peoples money and don't give them a reliable safe car and then turn it on you and say it's your problem now. They need to be shut down immediately. They are all so rude and unprofessional they yell at their customers and want to overcharge you for services they should be responsible for. They wouldn't even release my license plates to me and said they undercharged me at time of service and they made me pay an additional $54 or they wouldn't release my license plates until paid. The service is unreal here and these unprofessional no good people are doing illegal business. Shut them down immediately, do not purchase or even think about going here. They sell lemons unsafe vehicles and scam you for all the money you pay for a vehicle thinking it will be reliable. I will be filing a lawsuit and channel 7, channel 5 channel 9, and channel 11 will be doing an investigation on this fraudulent business. Oh and do your research with the better business bureau as well a lot of these same complaints on Carmania, I don't understand how there even still in business. Stop these scammers who are selling lemons unsafe cars and not following CA laws and even giving diagnostic reports to customers who have there car serviced, they have immigrants working in back as mechanics who don't know what they are doing. This business needs to be investigated and mandated to follow CA laws or shut down immediately.

I came in to the dealership today and everyone was very welcoming, especially Suzanne, she helped me pick out my favorite car, the 2010 c300! They helped me find the best rate possible and I walked out happy with my new ride!!! Thank you so much to Suzanne and the whole Carmania crew, i would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a nice and very clean titled new car.
