Nice and convenient Chase Bank location around the theme park and shopping centers. I work not very far from this Chase location. So i do stop here once in awhile when i need something done. Rather than me waiting to i get home to the locations closer to me. Nice space and plenty of parking. Neighborhood might look a little sketchy at night time. I recommend not doing transactions at nighttime in this area. But all in all, i love my Chase Banks. People at this location are professional and friendly. I will continue coming here.

I walked in and told Celeste I need to have a check released. Very routine I’ve done it plenty of time with my Disability checks from an accident I had. She obviously didn’t listen to me and instead deposited the check which I have already done a week ago and didn’t even notice that’s what she did. She tells me the check is available on the 8th. I look at her confused because I told her I needed it to be released. She said I need to talk to a banker, Jorge (I think) took me to a cubicle, handed me their phone and had me talk to a customer service representative. The first rep said the check isn’t available until the 18th. I said “So the app says the 3rd, the teller told me the 8th and now you’re saying the 13th? Please transfer me to someone who can help. They transferred me, second representative took my info and put me on hold. After 5-7 minutes of waiting I realized my call was disconnected. I walked out to find some help and there wasn’t anyone around to help me or the 8 other people waiting for help. I finally sad down with the branch manager who said he’ll look into it after he helps everyone else. I said no.. I was here first I need help first and then everyone else. He looks into my account and tells me my money won’t be released until the 18th because Celeste deposited my check twice. Do not bank at this branch, customer service sucks, and now I have to wait 3 weeks to get my own money. I bet you if the branch manager didn’t get paid for 3 weeks he would feel the same way. Best believe when I get my money I’m canceling my account with Chase.Terrible customer serviceEmployees have attitudeNot helpfulManager tried to tell me how to speak when all I’m trying to do is get my moneyDo not bank with Chase off Beach and La Palma.

I called Bernardo for 3-4 days straight leaving a voicemail each time begging for a phone call back and received nothing, I do not recommend this branch.

No wonder why this branch has 2.9 review!!I walked in to close all of my accounts after how dissatisfying Chase has served me.Evelyn, the personal banker was available to help but instead she had ruined my account by withdrawing the remainder funds twice when closing my accounts!!Now my account is negative and I’m not sure who can help. I have called this branch 20+ times, either the call gets dropped or specific person is always unavailable!! THIS was one of the reasons why I wanted to close all of my accounts with Chase and moving all my funds to BANK OF AMERICA! They Can’t even perform a simple task, horrible customer service. The assistant mgr refuse to assist me by dumping his role back to Evelyn and never got back to me in regards to my account. I really wish the corporate can look into their employees. They need to know the only reason why they have their jobs here are because of us. The CUSTOMERS!!! Know that they’re in the BANKING SERVICE, MEANING CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE THEIR PRIMARY, MAIN FOCUS!!

The house appraiser's office does not take online checks. Nor does the Register newspaper, to pay for an obituary. If I can't get a credit card or debit card immediately, the obit will be late. the internment is Wednesday. I made the call to the bereavement group December 31, its now March 11, and I still can't use my money. I'm taking out all my money, (Dad's money) ASAP.

While they didn't have any new bills, Alicia went way above and beyond, hand filtering through hundreds of bills to help find me the newest and crispiest money. In my 15 years of being a Chase customer this was hands down the friendliest and most helpful experience I've ever received at any branch.

I came in to do a deposit & get a cashiers check. The line wasn't very long, maybe like 5 or 6 people ahead of me but a lady named Cat walked up, asked what services I needed today and quickly helped me do both ! I was in & out (which was very helpful because I'm pregnant & don't have very much energy). THANK YOU CAT FOR YOUR FAST & FRIENDLY SERVICE! I'd also like to add that Ive been coming here for 2 years and have never had a problem. Staff is always nice no matter what time of day I've came in.

THIS BRANCH Does ***NOT CARE***** FOR ITS CLIENTSI sent a 10K wire to one customer this branch on Wednesday am. Custumer called We’d, Thursday and Friday morning and was told:“Wire did not arrive”Now, this customer is not comfortable speaking English so he was treated as a second class, evidently now. • I told my customer to ask them to check “in the back system”. Same answer: no wire.Friday after he’s been told same, I end-up calling and asked one rep to try to find the wire. He’s answer: “you need to check w/your bank to see where the wire is, maybe they haven’t sent it..” and he HUNG UP ON Me.Called again and talked w manager- after giving her the wire ID #, she said she’ll call the client and handle it w him.I was finally relieved, but what a mistake!!!! ?Manager called my customer and told him as long “AS LONG AS THE SENDER CALLS BEFORE 2PM, TO GIVE THEM THE SAVINGS ACC#, THE FUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE TODAY”•Sender called at 1:25PM, when back from lunch - and guess what?!?? MANAGER (same pers) SENT THE WIRE BACK!!! to sender.What an evil, careless human!!Now, we have to wait for wire to hit the sender acc, and after can be re-send again.. will be 7 days that chase uses the funds while customer can’t pay his bills.IN 12 YEARS OF WIRING - SUCH LESS CARE FOR CUSTOMERS & DO THE RIGHT THING - this is my 1st time I see this happening.And a manager to say one thing and do another with in minutes.Any decent bank would have called customer in 1st day and inform themselves that the acc sent to is not able to receive wires; and not lie to customer wire is not there, nothing has been sent, there’s nothing at 10k, etc - and cause their client to mistrust sender.. And at the end - do something so bad for their customer..It’s AMAZING TO SEE SUCH PEOPLE ARE KEPT EMPLOYEDfor such a large institution as Chase. This was done w an ease & heartless - it’s safe to assume this is not first time.

Don't bother making an appointment with the financial advisors here. They tend to keep their client waiting (at least the advisor Isabel De La Torre did) and in the end they are useless. She was disorganized and thought I came in for something else. I didn't even have to come in at all to take care of my request. It was all very frustrating. Do yourself a favor and try a different location. Might be better.

Do you like to waste your time and drive to the bank for no reason? Then come to this Chase location. They tend to keep their clients waiting (at least the advisor Isabel De La Torre did) and in the end it was all pointless. Isabel De La Torre was disorganized and thought I came in for something else. I was told I had to come in to speak to the advisor by a banker, but I really didn't have to. It was all very frustrating and a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and just go to another location.

This was my second time visiting this location and tell me why during both of my visits they not only did they make mistakes counting my money, but they also deposited into the wrong account. :(

Went to take out money that was more than the average that I normally take out do to a better job and they treated me like I scammed people for a living.. it was all ok and dandy when I needed 50$ to pay a phone bill but now that it’s a few thousand they all of a sudden can’t verify things.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHASE I thought they were better than Wells Fargo and Bank of America but they just hide it BETTER. The credit union I found was the best decision of my life.
