It's been many years that my wife and I have been this Claim Jumpers location in years. I remember I took my wife then my girlfriend for dinner it was a nice time. We decided to have dinner after celebrating my wife birthday at Knott's Barry Farm just the two of us. We were greet by the hostess then took us the our table then she hand us the menu.We were surprised the menu changes I remember it was like book but now smaller but also have Claim Jumpers classic meals. We were looking at menu new items and also the classic. My wife order the chicken Fried Steak and I order the chicken bake and also order two house salad and our drinks. The waitess brought us our house salad they good salad then she brought our meals. The Chicken Fried Steak and chicken bake looks really good especially my chicken bake it a baked potato with chicken and vegetables and melted cheese on top the baked potato. First bite great flavors like the chicken full of flavors combine with the fresh vegetables and the melted cheese on top the bake potatoe add it more flavor the melted cheese add it more flavor in the dish.My wife enjoy her chicken Fried Steak we both enjoy our meal and service was amazing the waitess was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

The place is the same as usual, old timey and pleasant. Service is always great, attentive and personable. After we paid the check there was a baby cockroach crawling on the table though. I squashed it with the booklet the check was in… next person’s problem ?

Claim jumper is a far cry from what it once was. A slowly dying eatery from 20 years ago. Chain sold out

Save your money, eat somewhere else. Very dirty restaurant, the food was of unacceptable quality, service was non existent.I think this location would have closed down a long time ago if it wasn’t so close to Knotts Berry farm.

I remember friends who went to Claim Jumper every time they would go to Six Flags in Valencia and regale me with tales of huge portions of great food and great service. Fast forward many moons and I'm taking my 15 yr old son to Six Flags Valencia. I could already taste the ribs glazed to perfection and the mile high pillow of mashed potatoes and volcano of gravy careening down the side. Each person at the table were to get a different, monumental desert, we would all share amongst each other. Yes, it would have been incredible, truly a feast to remember. So, of course, when I got to the hotel and Googled the directions from the hotel to the restaurant...it was permanently closed. Feast denied. Hopes and dreams shattered. Claim Jumper will now only live in my heart as a mythological dining hall of the gods, never to be enjoyed by mere mortals such as myself.

Corporate needs to replace furniture/redo the interior. I went for my birthday because I have fond memories before Landry's took over ownership. We were the only people during lunch service, And only ordered appetizers because we didn't trust the Entrees based on the appearance of the interior.Filthy Fabric, The finish is coming off ALL tables, to the point where they are almost raw untreated wood... and everything is sticky, likely from the dissolving finish. Menus, Table, etc ... our bench for the booth was falling apart, the bottom slid out. Can't you just glue it at the very minimum? Zero care. It's apparent Landry's is shafting this restaurant and its employees like they do with their other brands. They buy them and let them crumble. Landry's should be ashamed of themselves! They could spend 2 days and $5k dollars and have all nice refinished furnishings and paint that would make the place so much better, but instead it's rotting away, while I'm sure executives wonder where their profits are going.Put love into this place!!! The appetizers were DELICIOUS, the staff was great, now give your team and your diners what they deserve! Come on Landry's!!! What you've done to Claim Jumper and Mimis Brands is woeful mismanagement that could be done better by entry level corporate team members in a week. Landry's just doesn't care. Time for a new CEO!? I'm 36 and have 20 years of business experience and I can see the easy fixes.Think I'm wrong?? Let's sit down and discuss. I'm a business analyst, after all. I'll do it for free! Pro-Bono to save a California brand I absolutely love!

We did not get to eat, thus zero stars. Service was horrible! It was like playing musical chairs for which table was the least sticky. We requested for the table to be wiped again and as soon as the waitress came she blamed it on the sanitizing agent. She reluctantly wiped it and gave off a vibe like she was annoyed. She was in a hurry to get our drink order and cutting us off. So we just ended up leaving. Bad attitude. Not the environment we wanted to celebrate our 6 year anniversary in. ? Cara de fuchilaWay better customer service at wienerschnitzel.

This location is old and needs to be updated. Food was good. Service was so so. But dissappointed it’s so run down.
