You will get woken up at the crack of dawn with constant loud noise outside your room - vacuuming, slamming doors, yelling in the hallways. I was so sick and just needed to rest before a presentation but couldn’t get a break.

I will sleep in my truck under a bridge before staying there again.With four stars for the room? I found out that this (place) has no cameras .None outside none in the hallways.they have no way to know who is on the property or been on the property.Then you have the badly light parking lot. Pair that with the $ 12.50 parking fee. some how I like to feel safe ,at least some what. It's crazy that someone thinks its cool ,not to know who is on the property.I know I feel every uncomfortable . Not to mention,I lost over 500,00 to this place,I guess I'm not the only one who knows that there no cameras., bed was clean .

Place never sent confirmation of my stay because they said I have to ask for it. They booked wrong date so apon arrival I had no room and they changed me for a no show Very poor of them.

They were very rude to me when I asked for late check out. On top of that, there was construction at 9am on a Sunday?? What was that about? My AC unit was malfunctioning and there was water on the floor. Very un Marriott behavior. Will be staying at Hilton next time!

They don't respect the rules and policies of Marriott chain as a gold elite member I don't have to show you my credit card but they still read me as a fraudulent customer even though I have been staying with them for 2 weeks and I extended my stay for another 3 days and they still demanded my credit cardThe general manager stated that the policy every guest have to show their credit card regardless but he cannot show me any written statement or any written policies is just "trust me bro"Marriott chain rule state that if you directly booked through Marriott and do the checking through the app you do not have to show credit card only proof ofI saw other guests checking in with the same method without showing credit card but the same is selective and they pick and choose who they apply the rules on basically profiling guest , and if you have a darker darker complexion you must be a fraud and they have to check your.Thanks for the discrimination

I reserve a 3 nights at this hotel from December 29 till January 1,I’m writing this review for two reasons first because I sent a email to the manager of the hotel Gift Bonat to address my concern and since that day I didn’t receive any respond.And second to to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of my room upon arrival, upon entering the room late a night I was dismayed to find it in unsatisfactory state,As a regular customer with the Marriott I have always appreciated the high standards of cleanliness and service that the Marriott hotel is known for, however, this recent experience has left me quite disappointed, I understand that hotel operations can’t be challenging during peak season but I believe maintaining the cleanliness the room is crucial to ensuring positive guest experience, it was an unpleasant night for us since we were driving for a long distance with wife and son to ending up moving to another room that has only one bed in it.We couldn’t sleep all night and early in the morning I ended up sitting on the couch in the lobby watching tv.We ended up canceling our morning plans and waiting till noon so they can move us to another room with a sofa bed.

Great hotel for family and business alike. Came here with my dad on business, was not disappointed. Even got to swim, clean pool.Rooms: Clean rooms, felt very comfortable and private.Nearby activities: Tons of nearby activities as it’s in the heart of Buena Parks. Literally just walk out the door you’ll see shows and Knotts berry farm.Noteworthy details: The pool is cleaner than a teenagers white shoes. Incredible.

The location of the hitel is incredible, all the theme parks are close by, the prices are affordable.Rooms: Very clean and spaciousNearby activities: all theme parks are closeSafety: It is a very quiet areaFood & drinks: It has restaurants you can order à la carte and whatever drinks you want.

It's a great location for anything you could want to eat in comparison to other hotels, and not too far from most activities you could want to do (amusement parks, beach, etc.). And the staff, as always, were great and very helpful.

Place is remodeled and looks nice and employees are great. Bed was very comfortable. That said the room amenities are very basic. No body lotion, only one coffee pod (did provide more when asked). We were on a trip visiting various nearby areas and found the Suite style hotels to be much better. Was surprised.

I am so disappointed with Marriott Anaheim Buena Park. I booked a room on September 17, 2023, for arrival date of 11/6 and 11/17 to be in Anaheim for a memorial service. I called the Hotel on 10/24/2023 and spoke to a nice lady and told her I wanted to prepay for the room to make check in easier. She never told me it was nonrefundable or that the reservation could not be modified. Unfortunately, today 11/9, the dates were changed to 11/14 and 11/15 for the memorial service. I called the hotel and spoke to Jillian a representative that clearly hates his job. I explained the date of arrival needed to be moved up by 2 days. Jillian said he could not move the dates. I told him I did not want to change anything other than the arrival date and that I was giving 7 days advance notice. He told me no, non-refundable, no modifications. I understand nonrefundable, I just needed to change the date. He refused to accommodate the request. He refused to let me talk to a manager saying that this is the policy, no exceptions and a manager would not override the policy. I just don't understand. There are rooms available for those 2 days. Why does it make a difference to Marriot my arrival date? Today, 11/10/2023 I have now had to make different plans for arrival and no longer need the reservation. Due to the unforeseen date change and the unwillingness to understand that life happens, and change is inevitable, I need the reservation canceled and my money refunded ASAP. Reservation #7985368Rooms: Would have liked to stay here, however my accommodations were refused. As a disabled senior citizen, I feel like I was taken advantage of.

My card was repeatedly declined by the front desk so I ubered elsewhere while waiting to speak to my bank. When I finally got through, it turned out the employee was entering my cvv incorrectly repeatedly. There were people in line hearing this woman say over and over again my cards were declined, it was embarrassing. I think her name was Jessica. Also, one of the charges on the 2nd card I had her try did actually go through even though I stayed elsewhere. And my points weren't added back but that is not the fault of this location, of which I have had excellent experiences at,just not this time.

Stayed in the double bed suite for one night, I loved everything about the hotel. The room was comfy and clean. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast from the bistro was really good. I would definitely stay here again.
