This CVS location is outstanding, with a team that truly shines for their friendliness and dedication to exceptional customer service. Every staff member is willing to go the extra mile to assist, and I’ve never encountered any issues during my visits. I wish the entire team continued success. Put in an order through the app just to pick up a pre packaged inhaler. When i called the store they told me it would still be a couple hours, but they didn't update my order as ready until they had already closed. The management here is terrible and it shows

The worst service at the pharmacy. Took 24 hours to fill an urgent prescription. Called to check on it and was told an hour. 20 minutes later it was ready. Went to pick it up, waited for 45 minutes in line then struggled to get the clerk to understand me. Avoid.

Ok this is weird giving a review to a pharmacy but here it goes. I was unable to locate my medication that is essential for me to take everyday. The staff was able to help me get my medicine and save me a huge headache. Thank you CVs

It's great that this location is right next to a gas station, a block or so away from Knott's Berry Farm amusement park.I often find great deals on vitamin supplements here: some buy one and get 50% off a second same sized or value item. You can also use a reward card that have savings that add up- today I had $10 off the entire bill plus an arms length of more coupons to use in the next week or so.I also look for deals on chocolate: I got half off a large bag of Dove chocolate when buying two bags of the same price: I got one milk chocolate and the second a bag of dark chocolate mixed with dark chocolate plus sea salt caramel ones.Plenty of parking, plus a drive through pharmacy service.Remember to use your Healthcare savings account if you have one! This pharmacy site also offers vaccinations by appointment. You can also find last minute purchases like clothing or gift items and gift card options.I used the self checkout method today.

Worst pharmacy ever, 550pm I am waiting inline the next car up. I pull up and they close the metal guard on me. I pull around and go into the store and there just standing there laughing and talking jokes. They see 2 other customers trying to run upto the window and they close the metal gate as they see them walking up.This place is the worst!

CVS is my go to store, however this location is inundated with homeless bums begging for change , they look like criminals. The parking lot is a mess and full weeds and pot holes . I wonder when the last time there was a street sweeper to clean the parking lot ?
