We recently rented a storage unit at Dale Street Self Storage and had a great experience from start to finish. The facility was clean, and very secure, which made the whole process stress-free. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service we received from Manager Aaron.
Aaron was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He tour us around the facility. He walked us through the rental options, answered all our questions, and made sure we got exactly what we needed without any pressure. It's rare to find someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction these days, but Aaron went above and beyond.
We’ve been to other Storage but this is way better and secure than the other. My Wife & I are highly recommend this location if you're looking for reliable storage and great service! Thanks Aaron for securing this deal with us! It’s a hidden gem at Buena Park, CA.

I’m a prior customer of Dale St self storage and had a storage need; so I came back here due to their great customer service that Aaron and prior employees have always provided. I highly recommend this facility for your self storage needs; they provide a clean, secure place for housing your personal property.

Clean, safe, good price. I had a 5x10 storge unit for almost 3 years. Glen is so sweet, patient and helpful! Great choice if you need storage!

I had a very pleasant experience. Mr. Glenn helped me throughout the process and was super nice and professional. He gave me a mini tour and walked me through the premises. I have to say that this was my first time going through a process like this and he was so reassuring and made me feel comfortable. The location and storage units are clean and have a lot of security. If you are a single woman like me this is so important. Thanks you Mr Glenn!!!!!!
