I went in there around noon to get a bag of snacks.
There was a woman dressed as an employee standing in front of the snacks. She was holding her cell phone up as if she were taking photos of the snacks.
I waited for a minute for her to finish what she was doing, but she didn't move or say anything. So I grabbed a bag of snacks and said "sorry I don't know if you're taking photos or just using your phone".
When she heard that, she became very angry and started to yell at me. She said it was none of my business what she was doing. I didn't respond to her or say anything back. I just moved away towards the entrance to leave, but she kept yelling at me "is there a problem? Is there a problem?" like she wants to start a fight.
I thought she was drunk. She was dressed as an employee and her name apparently was Melissa.

If I could give a zero I would.d.staff had an attitude. Staff didn't care. Disgusting to even have these still in the Fridge. Y'all ain't doing y'all job on checking y'all stuff

I was just stupid enough to wait 40 minutes in line. They had one clerk and 23 people in line when I counted. The checker had ZERO customer service skills. Not a “I’m sorry for the long wait, thank you for your patience”. Just a grimace on her face. I realize this is not her fault and I even said that, but she was so off-putting to everyone I said “it would have been nice to hear a “sorry for the wait”” she said “why?! It’s not my fault!!!! Call corporate if you want!” The people in line were so patient, I mean genuinely impressive customers. We deserved better than grumpy pants. The manager was supposedly on a call this whole time and then the manager finally comes out of the office and immediately leaves the store! Are.You.Kidding. ME??????? They finally get another checker and she’s absolutely oblivious to what the people in line have gone thru. And that’s why that is my last time there.

Girls were so mean. Didn't let me exchange 4 ballons. 4 items is not going to help them increase their pay, nor bring the store down, the ones who are getting rich are the CEOs. Workers could be kind to fellow common people. Be kind to the customers, we buy so much from the store. The community helps this store a lot, be kind. I had explained why the ballons needed to be exchange. Their response was that they were out of helium today June 6, 2023 and that I could speak with the manager in the morning. They totally didn't show any empathy or care.
