I called this company during the weekdays, spoke to the gentleman in the office who was Extremely helpful. Describe everything in a language I could understand, he informed us that he would send over a member of his team to diagnose our issue. Their service technician named David showed up to our facility who was extremely professional, very helpful and knowledgeable of all the products I had here at my shop, he took care of our AC refrigerant machine in a timely fashion explained everything with great detail, very thorough with the whole repair process. I would happily recommend this company to any person I work with that deals with AC machines.

2 headlamps, L&R side bought from this company THAT DOES NOT FIT MY 2008 DODGE MAGNUM not even close. Have emailed ketech llc, called and any time of day the recorded implies that they are busy. NO COMMUNICATION

I would rate this company way lower. I purchased headlights from this company in which one of them was delivered broken. I reached out to the company per their return/replacement policy via phone for two weeks with no response. I also sent emails to the email address they had listed. It wasn't until I disputed the charge via PayPal that someone named Jason respond with a snide email. I did what he asked me to do, which was to close the dispute and they would help get a RMA# so I can get a replacement. He then went back into "no response" mode again for another week. I threatened to file a BBB and Attorney General complaint.This Jason person then responded with a RMA#. We sent that damaged headlight back immediately and it was signed for 4 days later by the company. At this point, the company has still not sent the replacement headlight, nor have they responded about shipping anything out to an email I sent out. This company or the person they are leaving in charge with their returns has made this purchase the worst experience I've ever had with an online company.

Bought a pair of headlights for a 2004 Toyota Sequoia which arrived about a week and a half later. The drivers side light was fine and installed effortlessly. The passenger side light had the mounting bracket completely broken off laying in the box. I contacted KeTech and they sent a return label for me to ship it back which I did ASAP. They received the returned item on the 10/1/21 and after countless number of emails and phone calls I haven't received and information on shipping my replacement item and of course I haven't received my replacement item either. Emails get an automated response and phone calls go to voicemail although this morning someone picked up and said hello before it was immediately sent over to voicemail. This leaves me very disappointed with this purchase and thus I couldn't give KeTech a good review and couldn't recommend them to anyone else.

Their web site stated corner lens for 1986 b250 pickup/van. Part did not fit my 1986 van. I asked for a prepaid mailing label to return lens. They responded by asking for my VIN number for my van. I just wanted to return the item. I had to file a dispute with Pay Pal to get a RMA. I had to pay $14 to return a @27 item. They have the worst customer service I've encountered on the web. Hard to contact to resolve a problem. Stay away!

Ordered a pair of tail lights for a Honda Element. When they arrived one of them was broken. After numerous confusing and dodgy emails I was able to facilitate a return, but only for one light. Terrible customer service and every email receives an auto reply that indicates they'll get back to you in 24 hours. What should have been a simple return has taken over a month and they still won't refund $20 for a restock fee on a broken pair of lights.

Had a driver cut me off as I avoided a stranded vehicle. Pulled into their parking lot to have him flip me off and enter the building.Since no officer observed the crime, they won't be cited but just understand their drivers are reckless and without care for you or their standards... You can see why they have 1 star overall

Trust the 1 star reviews on this guy. He knowingly sends out broken and incorrect parts and then lies about it, blames it on the buyer and keeps shipping/restocking fees for his mistakes! He will first act confused about the issue and then blame you and claim you did something wrong. If you do in fact get a refund on your return BE ASSURED he will keep part of the money as a "restocking fee" even when it was HIS MISTAKE! There are SO many good sellers out there, do yourself and others a favor and do not buy from or support this liar, thief, and coward!Read Amazon, Yelp, and BBB reviews on this seller before buying and believe them! Seriously, I NEVER write reviews, but felt in this case I had to at least try and warn others before they get screwed like I was.OH, and if you see a glowing review, look for broken sentences and incorrect word usage as he posts his own positive comments to balance out the accurate negative reviews!!You've been warned!! Buy at your own risk!!!

I found this headlight company through their online website and saw they were close by so I decided to send them an email asking for local pickup. I was greeted by Jason and Annie who are absolutely wonderful! They always respond via email or call me within a few hours about my order. When I show up in person, they are always wearing a mask (socially distant) and are very friendly. They help me bring my parts to my car.They sell the highest quality aftermarket replacement headlights so you know you're always getting a superior product. I do headlight Retrofits so it's important to me and my customers the headlights I start with are of the best quality.If you need headlights and are in the Anaheim or Los Angeles area, reach out to Ketech. They have the best pricing and even better customer service.

Bought a headlight here. They will charge you a 25% restocking fee if you don't like the light and you will have to pay the shipping. I did a google search and it popped up as a "Depo" light. It was not a Depo light. It was a cheap light. Be sure of what you are getting before you buy.
