“I have a 20 year old JVC MX-G500 Compact Component Stereo System that had a broken tape player, was very dusty inside and the disc player was exhibiting strange behavior when trying to open and close the CD drawer or change discs. This is a fine system that is no longer being made following JVC's merger with Kenwood 10 years ago. The nice folks at Adams were able to fix my JVC's problems and remove the dust from inside the CD and tape players. The system is now running like new. “My experience at your Fullerton store was very positive. Daniel who helped me initially was very positive. I needed a new battery for my flip phone and he was very helpful about the process. Upon my return to get my battery installed i was able to get that done within 24 hrs. When I picked up my phone they were very busy but work was still getting done. As I was waiting, there were several other customers waiting. A very irate woman came in and Ms. Ponce came out to help her and although the woman went on and on but during everything, Ms. Ponce remained calm and let the woman go on until she was done and left satisfied. The store obviously needs more staff. However, my experience was positive.”

“I have never been to a UBreakIFix before, my concern was poor battery health on my iPhone. The staff was great, gave me a good explanation of the situation and all the “what ifs” that could take place as well as making me aware of the worst case scenario. I handed my phone over at 11:30am, they quoted me two hours for battery replacement. I arrived at 1:40pm and the phone was completed and in the same condition I handed it to them. The reason I can’t give them a 5th star is simply because yes, they did the battery replacement but the phone was returned to me with 4%, I understand the battery’s come on low state of charge it just would have been nice to know that they quality checked their work prior to my arrival(as in, get the phone to at least 50%). That attention to detail would have easily gotten them a 5 star but aside from that hiccup they seemed to do a good job.”

I worked at Sam’s Club yesterday and had my iPhone 12 Pro charged to full battery to start the day. Took no more than 30 minutes, price for labor was reasonable and everything looks good and working well, my only suggestion is to be a bit more friendly; not very personable which can come off as rude to some. That is how you get 5 stars. Other than that I will return if I need work done on my phone, I just won't expect any small talk or witty banter.”
