I’ve been with easy storage for a long time a lot of years and I have never had any issues. I’ve gotten to know the people there over the years and the one that’s still there that I know is Maria and she is a joy no matter when I talk to her no matter when I see her, she’s always the same. Barbara also works with her and is very nice. Very nice young lady. I have no issues with easy storage Burbank.

Today is 11/13/24 5:07pm.. a woman by the name Maria is currently in the office… I referred a friend of mine to this place a little while ago. This friend is now a transgender. Because of a disagreement about balance owed to EZ storage, Maria decided disrespect and call my friend nasty names over the phone this evening. Horrible customer service.. I will not be referring anyone else to this establishment. I will be encouraging my friend to take legal matter for the disrespect $ defamation of character.
